"Are you leaving me?"Asked Paula. With pain in his heart Daniel turned and looked Paula who's eyes was filled with tears. Paula a 20 years old kind and sensitive girl who has a horrible past and is living with trauma takes pills for anxiety and depression. Her only relief was Daniel her guy best friend. Daniel a 22 years old generous and loveable gentleman who runs a successful cafe on his own. He is a very attractive man with green-grey eyes and luscious stylish hair with perfect physique. Paula and Daniel met at the freshman year at their college. Paula felt love at first sight and had feelings for him,It's been 3 years but never confessed it to Daniel. Whereas Daniel is a person who is not into relationship and stuffs. Daniel took good care of Paula ,He always stood by Paula's side he never let her down. Paula never felt low with him on her side. Once Daniel called Paula . Paula picked up the call casually and answered," get ready and wait for me where we usually meet,I'll pick you up in an hour " told Daniel and hung up the call . Paula got excited and wore her favourite outfit. A pearl white A-line dress with Daisy flowers embroided on it and wore her stilleto .she always looked like a goddess on that dress. She reached the place where they usually meet.It was a gullmohar tree located in the front gate of their college. That place always looked so beautiful with orange flowers laying on the ground that fell from the gullmohar tree . She sat on a wooden bench observing how beautiful the tree looked. She waited for Daniel and when he came Daniel froze for a second , Paula came closer to Daniel and shook him. Daniel came to reality . Daniel looked into Paula's eyes and told "you look gorgeous!". Paula could feel butterflies fluttering in her abdomen, she blushed and told "by the way thank-you Dani" told Paula . Paula got on his car and they started moving ,Paula curioudly asked where they were going ? "To the most beautiful place I know"told Daniel . Paula got more and more excited . As they reached the destination Paula was amazed to see the view outside the window . It was a cliff with a view of the whole town . They got out of the car and Paula sat down on the grass. " I've never seen such a beautiful view in my whole life ,this place is amazing " told Paula Daniel sat beside her and enjoyed the view, Paula turned to him and looked at him admiring him with love in her eyes. Time passed by both remained silent. After few minutes Daniel started "There is something that I am wanting to tell you for a long time" said Daniel. "What's it ...?" Asked Paula with curiosity. " I've never told this to anyone because I don't want to bother anyone,but now I feel like I should open it up to someone who could really understand me..!" Told Daniel "Hmmmm...?? Okieee what's it...?", Paula asked once more. " I've been diagnosed with third stage of stomach cancer " told Daniel. "Don't joke arround Dani ..!" Laughed Paula. "No.....there is nothing to joke about my death..." Daniel's voice got colder . Paula's heart stopped for a minute she couldn't speak another word . Daniel continued " all these years I've been alone and never made myself happy , But I've only got 7 months left , Ive decided to spend rest of my days travelling and and living alone,I don't want to ghost you without leaving any clue that's why I brought you here...! I've packed my things I'll leave Tommorow" told Daniel with tears filled eyes. Paula couldn't breath , her hand and feet got cold ,her heart pounded fast her eyes started blacking out ..! "Paula...??" Called Daniel. She snapped and looked Daniel. She never held Daniel hands not even once , So,She slowly took her right hand and placed it on Daniel's left hand. She looked deep into Daniel's eye's , she could feel his pain even by looking at his eyes . Daniel held Paula's cold hand tighter .His tears fell on her hand Paula started " I don't know how to console you...!, You've been for me all the time , I promise you , I'll stand by your side , whatever you do I'll be there to support and I'll never Leave you untill the end", "Look into my eyes..!" Said Paula. Slowly Daniel looked up ,just by seeing her eyes he broke down crying out loud and hugged her tight . Paula with thousands of thoughts running inside her head , with pain in her heart unable to bear the truth that the person she loved the most ,the person who healed her, the person who made her world bright will be no more in few months killed her inside. Paula slowly patted his shoulders , Daniel gathered himself up "Thankyou for understanding me , it's already late I'm leaving " stood up Daniel. "Are you leaving me?"Asked Paula. With pain in his heart Daniel turned and looked Paula who's eyes was filled with tears . "I've got no option Paula" said Daniel. "No ,there is an option..! Take me with you ,untill the end " told Paula Daniel felt her words piercing into his heart. Daniel felt that there is something that made her so special and wanted to take her with him But , " Are you okie with travel with me even if I'll be gone after few months..? asked Daniel. "Anything for someone who made my world better" told Paula and hugged Daniel. They both packed their bags and started travelling and created more memories, Daniel had his happinest days of his life pass with Paula with him . but still Paula's love remains unspoken...!
