"What are you doing here?" Marie asked "I want to check on Stella, if she was doing fine." Thea said. She offer a bouquet of flowers for Stella. Like she was once a close family for her. "Stella is fine, She will recovered soon." Marie replied. As Stella didn't talked. She just look at Thea from head to toe. Wondering how old is she now. "Stella, how are you..?" Thea asked. "Just leave us alone Thea, stop pretending that you care, I already known the truth before all of you abandoned her. Luna was executed because of you. She suffered enough for your ambitions" Marie said, direct to the point. "Oh, no.no. The Alpha is the one who decide her execution, not me! Anyway, Stella if you don't want to talk to me.. I don't care.!" Thea said, and stood prepared to leave. "For what..? as if you could find a way to defame me again. why don't you say you just came here to make sure I'm already dead. Why Thea..?" Stella response suddenly. Thea, shows her evil smile with much concern. "Oh! .I came here just to visit a friend. Don't be negative Stella, I have a habit of being considerate" Thea said as she turned again. "Really..or maybe it's your habit to get a good points to Richard." Stella replied. Her mood had change realizing how evil this b***h was. "Stella need a rest, you may leave now!' Marie says direct to the point. Thea had no choices. It was like she was slapped by Stella this time. So, Thea leave the house immediately without any notice. When Thea left the Ortega's mansion. She was fully upset because she had always think, what was Stella said earlier, knowing that she was still alive. "The Goddess had sent me back seven years, from my original birth. We are so entwined, with my future. I accepted it as I knew it was necessary" Stella explained "I knew it,! as what I observe, from time to time your body had changed, until you become younger. I never think it was like that. But it is powerful gift!." Marie replied. Flashes of her memories of Sophie came to Stella's mind and she shivered. She ran up stairs as quickly as she could, not caring if she tripped on the way. When reaching her bedroom, she was already a sobbing mess. It had been so long. She had still felt her loss. "Stella..?" She heard a voices, asked with concerned, taking in her crying mess of a face. Now, she realized at the age of eight, her mother died. So at the age of fourteen Marie stands as her mother. Stella opened the door and launched herself into her arms and cried into her chest. "This wasn't a dream. I couldn't believe it. This is part of a deal with the Goddess, it worth it." Stella said as tears flows from her eyes. "It's okay sweety, as long as you are here you will be safe with me, the goddess has a perfect plan for you." Marie told her as Stella shook her head. The only differences. Stella returned to 18 years old but people around stayed on their current ages and years. Even her body returned young, her heart and mind remained as 24 hour her correct age. "This secret will be kept for both of us, no one would ever known." Stella said gently and ran her fingers lovingly through the long and black hair. "You've never come crying to me like this before, How's your feeling?" Marie asked "Stronger now, but I still feel weak, knowing my past is so painful." Stella shook her head again. She was right though. She always conducted herself in the ways of someone who would be Luna one day. Never expressing unpleasant emotions, always being organized and prepared. Yet here she was, in her pink pajamas, a tangled hair mess and a red snotty face. Stella was cautious about her choice of words, as she wouldn't be able to explain what happened without sounding insane. This way she wasn't necessarily lying either. She pulled away from the hug just enough to be able to look down at Marie's face properly. "I couldn't be stuck at home, I needed to start figuring out what I needed to do in order to change the future." Stella said. She didn't remember much from her high school until college years but now she needed to pay close attention. There had to be a reason why she was sent back to this specific time. She sighed, thinking internally for a few seconds before reluctantly nodding her head. "Okay, you will be going to school again, I think your fate started there. I mean returned in your teens" Marie explained. Her voice suddenly made her remember. She had been doing as both Nanny and a mother before, for Stella. Until she was around seventeen, at the same time she managed to worked out the family business. One month after, Stella followed Marie up stairs, back to her room, watching quietly as she picked out some clothes for her and laid them out neatly on the bed. This had always been the way back then. She never argued with anything that had been chosen for her to wear. The wardrobe behind and began to sift through all her clothes. Much of it was the same; cute girly clothes that would have looked more suited to a sweet seven teen year old. Stella always wanted to look cute and pretty, even she is sporty with taekwondo skills. As they continued to look through the wardrobe until finally, came to her formal wear. Most of it would have been way too fancy to attend school in but she did manage to find a piece that could pass as smart casual. Marie pulled out the simple black flare dress and Stella began to get changed. Once Stella get dressed and ready, She was greeted outside by the driver who would take her to school. All the young teens from the ranked members were driven to school as a security measure. The rest of the pack children usually took the bus or walked. So, Stella got in the backseat quietly with her backpack and watched out the window silently for the entire journey. It was a short drive from home to school. Where the Ortega 's mansion was located in a prime location, so they were close to a lot of the important buildings in town. It was strange to see how different everything was compared to seven years from now. Not just some of the buildings, but the atmosphere. Stella had felt her previous life like everything had always been so serious, so life or death and a struggle for power. They had waged so many wars on other territories to get to where they ended up. Deep inside, She had always felt guilty for her contribution to most of those battles. Stella personally strategize the victory for so many of them in an effort to earn Richard's attention. But here... everything seemed... peaceful. Seems like they hadn't experienced Richard's thirst for power yet. As she rounded the street corner an old building came into view. Greying white stone walls covered in ivory made up most of the heritage building as it stood on a large green field. Now, the school gate were open to welcome her, as if nothing had changed. The private school is exclusive only for werewolves, since the territory could afford that. In fact, the whole territory was unknown to the humans, so they had complete secrecy and safety. For Stella memories, she saw this place only three years before. She walked, passing the crowds of young people, who were all chatting away in their groups, ignoring that she was even there. That's how school had always been. "She's Stella right..? The Luna..?" someone says. Everyone either hated her or was too scared to talk to her because of the assumption that she is the Luna. She never minded it though. Like before, she was always too busy with her studies to pay much attention, than Friendship's bond at school She walked straight into the main building before, then realized. She didn't even know where she was going. She couldn't even remember where her locker was, let alone what her classes were for the day. She don't think anyone would find it feasible to remember that sort of thing from seven years ago. Awkwardly, She pulled out her school diary from her backpack and referred to her daily schedule. Four subjects today; History, Math, Filipino and English. Easy enough, knowing her past. It would have already handed in any assignments and homework early so she didn't need to worry about any surprises. The bell suddenly rang, it made her breaks from deep thoughts. So, she headed off towards the room where the first class would take place. It definitely felt like she was getting more stares than she remembered. Not that she particularly cared about what they thought. She couldn't forget the fact before, they all abandoned her so easily to cheer on her death, so it's not like she was trying to impress them. But there was definitely something feeling off. The teacher came in, and quickly had everyone silent and working in no time. Stella stared out the window for the lesson barely paying attention as the class went by quickly. Once the bell rung for the end of the period. She immediately stood up and grabbed her backpack, leaving quickly to avoid further conversation. As she walked by from her desk. Stella found out not long afterwards that She was suddenly the talk of the school as she was standing in the lunch line. Normally, there was no need to go to the cafeteria as usually had a lunch bag prepared for her, but she realized too late. She left it at home today. But she couldn't call Marie to bring it to school, She know she was busy in her office. She stood at the front of the queue then, picked up a conversation from several people back between the two girls. "Did you see her?" the first girl asked. "Yes, why?" the other replied. "She's our Luna.. I saw her. She was executed.." one girl replied "Shhh, that thing we need to confirm if she was the Luna. Besides, she looks so weird! so be careful, don't be so loud. She's wearing all black today though. Doesn't she normally wear those really girly dresses every day?" "Oh yeah, you're right. You know what's crazy though? This isn't even the first time I've heard people talking about her today. Get this...my friend is in her History class and they said she only spoke once the teacher raise a questions on her." "What? You're kidding?" "No! And get this... she made a joke." Stella didn't want to hear anymore as she got to the front of the line. She quickly grabbed an apple not feeling overly hungry and left directly to the library. She never realized that she had such a reputation for her behaviour. Mostly due to her studies, it wasn't like anyone had really made an effort to talk to her either. Today definitely felt different though. It felt like people were noticing her more all of a sudden, when she was used to being ignored before. She remembered the library well. There was a desk in the back corner that was always free, mostly because she always occupied it every day. It's all the other way around, what she was before, is now something different. Now Stella talking about herself. "Did the Goddess mention before I left, that I can see the future? or did someone in the pack, has the power of so-called "soothsayer"?
