AWAKE

“Where am I...?” Stella said

“Stella. you’re awake! Thanks to the goddess! She didn’t allow you to leave me. I don’t know what to do. I am so crazy to think that you were already dead. I am so sorry...”

Marie said. She cried out loud.

Then Stella slowly sat upright in bed, and looked the surroundings. She was in her own bedroom, her family home. The bedroom she had lived in up, until her age. Everything was exactly the same.

"Was it all a dream? Had I really died?"

She said, touching her face. And she felt strange. Like something was missing.

She jumped out of bed and walked towards in the mirror in the wall. In an instant, she could feel the difference when she moved. She was shorter and lighter. Her limbs didn't feel as muscled.

“You are home sweetie, don’t worry.”

Marie said.

Stella looked at her reflection and realized, she was young. Her cheeks were plumper and her violet eyes rounder. The stress lines she accumulated over the years of mistreatment were completely gone.

She looked so pretty. She never ever had thought that before. She's been so focused on changing herself to suit Richard that she hadn't realized it.

“How.? What happened.? Where’s Richard?” Stella asked.

“Don’t ever mention his name. He is the reason of your sufferings.”

Marie said.

Marie take a leave from all her business trips for one week to taking care of Stella. She wanted to be there, until she will fully be recovered. In accordance for her destiny, Stella always keep it in her mind. Goddess is not allowed to intervene for any werewolves plans and actions they spend in this world. Luckily Stella was given a gift, a gift to live again on earth to correct everything for the future of White Stone Pack.

The next moment, Stella realized what was missing. Her wolf, and the past. She wanted to recalled the feeling of companionship. The feeling of something else inside, with her own emotions and needs.

Her body had never felt that before. In fact, it had never felt much of anything, not even heartache. The goddess and Stella had become one. A twenty-four year old, trapped inside the body of a 18 years old.

“How did we get out?” Stella asked Marie.

“Actually, during the time of your execution. I ask Brendon to let me get out from the cell. In return, I must pay him One Million Pesos. He wanted to leave the pack and live peacefully far from here. I knew him because her wife working as janitress in the hospital. So, I’ll make it 1.5 million for him to go abroad with his wife. The time when I get out, I told him to go directly to the hospital to pick up his wife and leave immediately. I hope he succeeded in his escape.”

“No, your execution was not succeeded. Remember Tagi…? She came at the pack house once with Abby Jezz before. It was her best friend. While everyone was stunned, Tagi came... she came to Richard and talked to the Alpha, I couldn't really hear what they were talking about, but I don’t care for them. I run to pick you up and bring you home.”

Stella explained.

“Does Richard know that I was still alive?” Stella ask Marie.

“Yes, he saw what I did. But he didn’t know your health condition. The thing is, Richard seems to be very afraid, while he is talking to her… Did Southern pack already know that one of the White stone pack member kidnapped Abby Jezz?”

Marie stop for a while in deep thoughts.

“Abby Jezz should be dead. If Richard knew it, his plan will be change. I am sure he will choose her, instead of that b***h Thea. The throne is mine.” Stella said angrily.

“Are you sure that Abby Jezz is already dead?” Marie added to asked

“I am not sure, once i have my strength back, it will be my priority to check the secret basement, to confirm if she was dead or alive. Then everything will be followed. I promised that!” Stella replied confidently.

While the two still talking at the balcony, someone’s knocking the door. It was Miss Perdita the human old maid of her mansion, the mansion of Ortega family.

Marie knew it and smell someone’s came into their house the same with Stella.

“Who was it.?” Marie asked. She already knew that she has a visitor tonight. But she was surprise at what Perdita said

“Madam, a woman came, she was looking for Ma’am Stella.”

The two look each other without any words. Marie hunch is that Tagi is probably the one who came. She supported Stella to walked going down stairs to meet the visitor in the living room. This is to ensure the safety of her niece against the old enemy.

In surprise, Marie was wrong. Because Stella had a scariest face of her wolf, when she saw who was her visitor.
