Willow stayed in the living room downstairs, crying her eyes out, as she was still in love with Patrick. Seeing the maids peeping and staring at her from the kitchen and the passage leading to the laundry room, she cursed at them.
"Why are you all staring at me? Get lost!" Willow screamed, rolling up on the couch to cry.
Patrick walked out of the elevator on the fourth floor, feeling his anger boiling. He hated Willow now and hadn’t expected her to use his mother against him. He also thought about their new maid and how she had looked away from him angrily.
Patrick felt he needed to check the security footage to confirm he hadn’t done anything foolish with Loveth.
"Hello," he called Jeff on the phone.
"Yes, boss," Jeff responded immediately.
"Ask Kelvin to see me upstairs at once." H
