Alpha Alex When I shifted, she didn’t show any fear so I lunged at her growling and snapped my jaws inches from her face and her eyes widened and the smell of fear seeped from her pores. I shifted back “You humans are so weak and stupid,” I said “Standup” I ordered and she did I gripped her by the neck my grip tightening until she passed out. She didn’t even put up a fight. I picked her up and brought her back to the dungeons I didn’t even bother to put her down, I just dropped her. My Beta,  Jasen met me at the top of the stairs. “ Alex, do you think this is a wise idea, “ he said I knew it was not a good idea but I didn’t care and I said “Jasen are you questioning my authority?” “No Alpha,” He said and bowed his head in respect I had dinner brought to my room.  I put the tray aside and got into bed. I had nightmares again dreamt about that battle, blood and bodies lay dead across the territory. The grey wolf with my brother’s head in his mouth and blood dripping from his snout, his dead mate lying next to him. I felt nothing but anger and dug my claws into his throat. I quickly shifted back and ran to my brother’s headless body. He died protecting his mate…his stupid human mate. I woke up back in the packhouse anger flowing through my veins.
