Gathering = The collecting of materials that can later be used by crafters. This usually includes herbs, pelts, metals, stone and other things. Of the non-fighter classes it’s often a more time-consuming but also cheaper skill to train for a character. You can sell the items in the market place, but you can often make more money from them when you first gather and then craft something before you sell it. I like levelling my gathering skills as it’s calming and easy.
