Her long dark curls are groomed neatly and draped to one side over her right shoulder. She looks young, carefree and happy. I stare aimlessly at the photograph, duplicated across each newspaper title. Her hazel eyes bore into my soul. Guilt erupts inside my veins, merging with burning rage.
