BIRTHDAY PARTY?!

Since I'm on holiday,I should get the opportunity to enjoy the vacation but my parents are always acting overprotective towards me.

Elvis's lifestyle is the best. He can do whatever he wants. Go out and come back anytime he wants.

I really envy him. Sometimes, I would wish I was the eldest or a boy instead of a girl. I would have had more privileges.

My parents have already gone to work. it's just me and Elvis at home. I'm sure that in no time,he might also leave the house and then I will be all alone,bored.

So annoying!

I got up from the bed and left my room to go stay with Elvis at least before he decides to leave the house. or,has he already left?

I saw him entering his room with a plate of food.

I followed him suit.

"So,they are still treating you like the little girl you were!” He sarcastically remarked.

It sounds a little embarrassing. I sat on a stool and watched him eat his lunch.

"They're still behaving like that because you're a girl” he said to calm me down.

I just glanced at him but refused to say a word because I had nothing to say. I could only listen to his sarcastic words.

"Look,if you're feeling bored,tell me. I can help you relieve the boredom”

It's surprising to hear him say that.as if he has ever cared about how I was suffocating.

I don't know if he's trying to mock me or if he's being genuine.

"I'm going to a friend's birthday party this evening. If you're interested, tell me”

Birthday party?! Wow! I can't remember when last I went for a birthday party.

Geez! This is something I can't refuse even if I am forced to.

"of course! I am interested” I said, smiling widely like a fool.

"Then,get ready. Party is by 7:pm” He freely said. operating on his phone.

Indeed I was happy but,what about my parents?

Will they even let me leave the house especially when it's a night party?

There's no need trying to be excited when my parents won't give me that chance.

I became sad. "Elvis,what about Mommy and daddy. they__”

"if you're interested,just tell me or else, forget about it!” He snapped at him. I didn't want to argue with him .

"I'm interested”

"then, don't worry about it. I will handle them. just be preparing yourself” He sounded so free as if convincing mom and dad was a piece of cake for him.

Anyways,it won't be hard for him because he is matured enough to make his own decisions and he's not a girl like...me.

Phew!

Anyways, I'm really happy and I'm sure he's going to take me along with him no matter the cost.

I can't wait to wear the best of my beautiful dresses.
