Chapter 1
A loud shriek buzzed through Alissa’s ear signalling that it was time to get up. It was the first day of term and she knew that she should be excited, especially as it was the first day of her final year. But she just couldn’t muster the energy to move.
In six months she would be 18 and almost done with school, meaning that she could finally take off and have some time for herself and explore the world, in the hope that having time away might make her finally realise how good her life is and how much she should appreciate what she has.
The alarm sounded again.
“Lissa! Turn that f***ing thing off!”
“Joel, watch your language and stop shouting. You’ll wake the neighbours.” Scolded Suzie, Alissa’s mum. She’d been up for ages and was already preparing for the second load of washing when her peace had been disturbed.
“Seriously mum, why can’t she get up straight away like everyone else,” questioned Joel as he opened his bedroom door ready to hand over a bundle of dirty clothes. “It’s the same everyday. She sets her alarm for stupid o’clock and doesn’t bloody budge. Just lets the rest of us suffer through that awful noise, I mean, come on, who has that sort of alarm nowadays?”
Suzie smiled as she took the clothes from her son. She knew what he meant, even she has her alarm set as her favourite radio station. No wonder Alissa never moves with that high pitch nonsense going off. She made a mental note to talk to her about this later, she knew full well that mentioning it now would only fuel the feud.
As mother to two teenagers, Suzie had long learnt that it was best to stay out of any argument and remain as diplomatic as possible. Even the slightest inclination from either party that they were being betrayed by their own mother siding with the other sibling, only caused the rift to increase ten fold.
“Come on Lissy, you’ve only got forty-five minutes before Tom gets here. And as much as I love him, I don’t have time to make him breakfast again.”
Alissa understood what her mother was getting at: each morning, her boyfriend would pick her up and on their way to school, they’d grab some food. But sometimes, not lots of times like her mother would have people believe, Alissa has taken too long to get ready and her mum would feel guilty so she’d make Tom breakfast whilst he waited knowing that they’d be lucky to get to school on time never mind having time for the drive thru too.
“I’m up, I’m up, I’m up!” The repeated sentiment was meant to convince herself as much as her mum, though she knew Suzie would be waiting for a more prominent sign that her daughter truly had risen from her pit before carrying on with her morning routine. So without a second thought, Alissa swung her legs around to the edge of the bed, placed both feet on the floor and braced herself as the floorboard creaked. Almost instantly, a matching sound could be heard outside her bedroom on the landing as her mother turned to head down the stairs.
Sitting on the bed, Alissa stretched one last time before standing and looking at herself in the mirror on the wall. Her long blonde hair, that had once been secured in a messy bun atop her head, was now hanging loosely above her right ear. As she lifted her arms to begin detangling the bobble, her blue eyes widened as she noticed the rest of her attire and laughed as she realised what she’d done. Yesterday, she’d decided to sort through her wardrobe and chest of drawers and throw away anything that didn’t fit. However, it would seem that in her sleepy state last night, she had grabbed a pair of pj’s from the ‘to be binned’ pile and put them on in her haste to get to bed. Alissa has never been a small girl, but over the last two years, her body had matured and she had developed curves in all the right places. That was also the time that Tom had first become interested in her. Oh if he could see her now! The pale blue, cotton shorts were barely covering her bottom though we’re doing a better job than the top. It would appear that the top had twisted in the night and Alissa’s body was now being exposed, leaving very little to the imagination.
She laughed and gave the hair tie one last tug allowing her luscious locks to fall over her shoulders and bare breasts before quickly slipping the thin camisole over her head, dropping her shorts in a pile at her feet and heading to the en-suite for a shower.
Just as Alissa was finishing her make-up, nothing too much, just a little blusher and eye-liner, she heard the doorbell ring. She knew it would be Tom, so she gave herself one last look in the mirror, grabbed her school bag and began walking down the hall to the stairs. On her way past Joel’s room, she noticed that he was still there, sitting on his bed scrolling through his phone; ever since Tom had been picking her up, she’d noticed that he would either leave first or stay upstairs until he was gone. Boys! She rolled her eyes and carried on.
“Are you looking forward to your final year, Tom?”
“Erm, yeah, I think so.”
Suzie smiled, she liked Tom and knew how much he adored her daughter, but she always found it so difficult to make conversation with him. That was the reason she would usually end up making food for him to avoid the awkwardness.
They both turned as they heard the footsteps on the stairs, Suzie was grateful that Alissa hadn’t daudled. She heard Tom gasp as he watched the figure coming towards him and she completely understood why. Lissy was beautiful, she had long blonde hair that flowed flawlessly behind her like a halo and the light touch of make-up highlighted her crystal blue eyes. She looked amazing in anything that she wore; she was developing into a stunning young lady.
Today Alissa had decided to wear her cheerleading uniform, undoubtedly to encourage as many girls as she could to try out for the squad. The dress clung to her in all the right places, allowing just a hint of her voluptuous bosom to be on display from the low neckline and the skirt swung loosely around the middle of her thighs.
Tom shifted slightly where he was standing. He’d seen his girlfriend in this outfit countless times before but seeing her now caused his body to react in a manner that was rather inappropriate considering that he was standing next to her mother.
“Mum, did you put my uniform in the dryer? I’m sure it’s shrunk,” questioned Alissa, “I mean it didn’t fit like this before.” As she said this, she stroked her curves and swung her hips. Tom was dying, knowing that she knew full well what impact she was having on his manhood.
Suzie giggled, she knew what had caused the snug fit and she loved that Lissy was oblivious to it; she wanted her to stay innocent for as long as possible. Tom knew this was an act, though it still didn’t stop him from wishing that she would stop the show until they were alone. He moaned inwardly to himself, trying to control his body but he couldn’t help it. Suddenly, he realised that he wouldn’t be the only one having those thoughts. This made him smile, they could all look as much as they wanted. He was the one that Lissa had chosen and he was the only one that got to touch.
“Shouldn’t you two get going, you don’t want to be late for the first day of your last year.” Suzie stated, motioning towards the door so that Tom would take the initiative and open it for Alissa. Seriously, he’s lucky he’s good looking and has good ball control otherwise she’d be really worried about him.
“See you later mum, I’ll let you know if I’m going to be back late.”
“Ok sweetie, have a good day.” Suzie smiled and closed the door behind them.
“It’s safe Joel, they’ve gone!”
“You did that on purpose,” called Tom as they were both getting in the car.
“I have no idea what you’re talking about..” claimed Alissa, trying her best to keep a smile escaping. She failed and started laughing, whilst she slid her hand along Tom’s thigh until she reached the bulge in his jeans.
“Thomas Harvey, you naught boy! You’ve changed. Tut tut. And in front of my mother too!” She smirked.
Tom flashed her a look before moving her hand and starting the car. She was right, he had changed and it was because of her. Lissa was just so comfortable with s*x and exuded confidence; she wasn’t as innocent as she would have her mother believe. He, on the other hand, tried hard to be confident for her but most of the time it was an act, a front that he would put on for the lads.
“So, what’s for breakfast today?” Alissa asked, feeling her stomach growl. That was another thing that surprised Tom about her: no matter how much she ate, she was always hungry. That was the main reason that he started to pick her up for school, if she didn’t eat in the morning then she would become really grouchy by about half ten and that usually resulted in her getting p***ed off for something incredibly trivial. So for the safety of others, Tom had to take action.
“Up to you, but we’ve not much time so the Golden Arches would probably be easiest or the school cafe?”
Alissa mulled over her choices, going to the drive thru meant she could get food quicker but it was never much.
“Sod it, let’s go to the cafe. I’ve maths first thing this morning and you know he’s always late so there’s plenty of time.”
“Cafe it is then.”
The rest of the journey passed by in silence, mainly because Alissa was trying to decide what to eat and Tom was doing his best to avoid looking at her; all he could see was cleavage as she sat down and it wasn’t helping. It wasn’t that he was bothered about being aroused by her, it was just that he knew that that was what she wanted, and if he didn’t calm himself then she’d wind him up about it in front of the team. This, he couldn’t have. Lissa had this way of stroking his ego and knocking his masculinity all at once. He knew the lads would be talking about her in the changing room and desperately wanted to avoid himself being a hot topic too.
Thankfully the journey to school wasn’t a long one and before they knew it, Tom was pulling the car into his usual parking space close to the door of the cafe.
