During Micheal’s childhood being under the age of 18, while living in a small town in Kentucky his parents William and Beth had rules for him and his siblings, the girls had to do the dishes every night, do all of the laundry. Except his parents and make their beds. The boys had to take out the trash and clean the table off after dinner, clean the bathrooms. Micheal’s parents made sure he and his two brothers also had little side jobs that included mowing the grass for the neighbors and ours, washing cars, helping out with pets. Micheal grew up with two brothers Jacob and Russell and two sisters Kelly and Savannah. Micheal was the second oldest out of five. His parents had strict rules when it came to having a side job, laundry days and most especially homework that had to be done as soon as they arrived at home. Every Thursday was laundry day for the girls and for the boys every Friday. This had to be done right after homework was finished. Micheal’s parents didn’t play around when it came to bad grades, every one of his siblings had to get C’s or higher. When the time came for bringing home report cards if every one of his siblings including Micheal didn’t meet his parents expectation it was their last nightmare. Phones were taken, no TV for a week, no going outside to have free time, only to do our side jobs for our neighbors and doing all the chores around the house. Except for doing their parents' laundry. Micheal enjoyed his childhood, he thought his parents taught him and his siblings responsibility and good respect.
Meanwhile Heather's lifestyle was a lot different than Micheal’s. Heather lived in LA her entire childhood until she turned 18. Heather decided to stay in LA even after she turned 18. She grew up with one older brother named Dawson, and her mother Rachel. Heather’s mom raised both of her children on her own taking in all the hurt and pain her children had to deal with growing up without their dad in the picture. Heather’s dad Dale was in the picture until her older brother turned four years old. Heather was too young to understand much of anything, she was six months old at the time. Some time later after Dawson turned four Rachel had filed for divorce. Dale had moved out of the home three months before prior to the fight Rachel and Dale had one night. Heather and Dawson’s parents fought a lot. Rachel thought her kids did not deserve to be brought into their drama, she did everything she could to be the best mom for her children. Rachel and Dale didn’t expect Heather and Dawson to have side jobs or many chores like Micheal’s parents did. The main strict rule Rachel had was making sure the kids' rooms were clean and getting homework done including getting good grades. Most of all college was mandatory. Heather got her college degree in nursing and Dawson had gotten a degree in becoming a Lawyer. Dawson is still a lawyer still to this very day. Heather on the other hand didn’t want to work in the hospitals at the time but still has her nursing license.
Meanwhile back at Heather and Micheal’s house. Heather is still a little bit curious on why Micheal doesn’t want her going to work. After all that has happened she doesn’t want to bother bringing it up.
