I did not know how long I had slept for, but when I woke up, I was alone in bed. I stirred and shot up, looking around. I relaxed when I saw Stone sitting on the floor feeding the baby a bottle. He looked up at me and smiled. “I wanted you to get all the rest you needed, but I knew she would wake you if I didn’t take care of her.” I slowly got out of bed. My legs were wobbly, and my head was dizzy. My stomach growled loudly, and I could not remember the last time I ate. As I slowly made my way to Stone, I noticed something that I had not before. There were two bags next to the car seat. “Good morning, Stone,” I greeted. I looked at him and the baby and smiled. “Morning, Viviana, in the white bag is stuff for the baby.
