When Candy arrived at home Gift noticed that she was not okay..Gift was very fond of his sister and he didn't want anything affecting and hurting his sister.
" Hey big sister, you look so horrible..what's up?"
" Thanks..I am fine."
Candy replied without even looking at him.
" You don't l..."
" Gees man Gift I said I'm fine okay?"! Said impatiently.
"Yoooh don't break my legs...I am just a caring brother". Gift lifted his hands up as a sign of surrender.
She left Gift just like that and went straight to her bedroom. As soon as she enter the room her cellphone rang.
Ring!! ring!! ring!! ring!!
She frowned as soon as she see the name displayed on a caller name, it was Hector..her heart sank but she managed to calm herself and pick up the phone.
"Hector"
" Hey my love..I just miss you..how did you go?"
" I just arrived at home..I am safe". Rolling her eyes.
" Okay cool. Baby look..I overreacted today and I am really sorry..I.. "
" Didn't we talked about this? I am fine really.." Candy interrupted.
" Yeah we did but i still feel guilty. Okay thank you."
".............."
" My dad has sent me to deliver something to the Deacon in section 12..could you please come with me?!"
" What time?"
" At 5PM..Are you willing?"
" No problem..see you then".
" Thank you my love..bye for now".
" Bye".
After hanging up the phone Candy sighed and was deep in thought.
At this time Candy was starting to doubt her love for Hector ever since he spoke harshly and rudely to her. The way he spoke, it was like he's gonna hit her at any minute. She is asking herself some questions but she has no answers for them.
*******At the church mission******
"Hector!"
"Dad".
"Please go and send these documents to our deacon, he was supposed to have them in the morning but i wanted to check the church receipts whether they balance or not. I hope you taking some notes. You should learn these things."
He passed the documents to him.
" Yes dad".
"When are you getting married. You should hurry up before someone snatches her from you. Didn't you see how beautiful she is? I like her already and she sings beautiful. You are very , lucky my boy and her behavior is good. You can see that she comes from a home with law and surrounded with the fire of God. I hope you will treat her well". Pastor Blaze's eyes lit up whenever he speaks about Candy.
" I am going to get married soon dad and mom is busy with the preparations. And her father still doesn't approve our relationship. I don't know what to do dad." Hector said that emotionless.
Pastor was not happy to hear that.
"Aaah Hector!!! Why?"
Hector was dumbfoded at his dad exclamation.
" Why do you give your mother the authority to decide your wedding? What if she makes something my daughter in law doesn't like. Aren't you supposed to discuss these things with your fiancee?"
Pastor was very dissatisfied.
In an actuality Hector does not even care about the details. He trust his mother so much. This marriage was his mother's idea from the first place.
Pastor sighed and didn't say anything anymore.
After their chat, Hector headed to Deacon.

"Eish Dad seem to be very fond of this girl. I wonder what does he see on her. Mxm what is so special about her because she is like any other girl. Sigh Let me call her.

" Hey beautiful, i am outside your gate, are you ready?"
" Yeah sure". Candy said coldly and hung up the call.
"That was rude, how dare she hang up the phone on me? Who does she think she is?Mhhph,"

After hanging up the phone Candy went to find her mother who was baking in the kitchen.
" Mom i'm going out with Hector. I'll be back soon okay". She was putting earings on her ears, anyone could see she was in a hurry.
"Mhh ..i am happy for you my child you seem to be inlove with this boy." Said Mrs Smith with a smile.
" Mom!!' Geez let me go Hector is waiting for me''. Said Candy blushing.
" Oh okay, now you see to care about him more than me. Iwas just complementing you." Mrs Smith pretended to be wronged.
Candy's face turned red because of embarrassment.
"Bye mom".
" Don't come home late. You know you father won't like it."
"Yes mom. I''ll be back before you know it."

Hector was already outside the car waiting for Candy. He seem to be impatient. Hector is a Slender and a tall figure with light complexion and red lips. His beard has been cutted neatly, what is charming the most is his haircut. He has long hairs on top and short faded on sides.This hairstyle can be parted on one side. A modern, more refined version of this cut involves a shape-up – shaved natural hairline and a shaved side parting. He has a hot temperament. He is one of those guys that you can count on being players. He is charming and loves swagger too much. On the other side Candy was one of those young woman you can refer as goddess. She doesn't have many friends but it gives a pleasure to be around her. Her flawless and soft skin matches well with her ambition. She has a personality that revolves around her goals and improving her situation. Captivating – She is a delightful person; you can't take your eyes off her. Her beautiful smile is like a sun shone on March. Her long legs shows her confidence whenever she walks..It's like the earth is bowing on her– She trusts her own abilities and knows that she has value. She has round big eyes. Her hair today is curled into a ponytail. She looks youthful and more energetic.
" What took you so long..I've been waiting for you far too long?" Said Hector with a darkened face.
" Aaah drama king. I can't just leave without noticing anyone at home. I am sorry!" Candy rolled her eyes.
" Aah okay. Let's go!" Hector tried to maintain his temper.
" okay".
In the car there was silence and awkwardness atmosphere. These young couple doesn't seem to be inlove. You couldn't sense the wedding bells or romance whenever they are together.
Candy was playing with her phone while Hector was driving. They didn't have much talk about anyway especially after their argument earlier.
