CHAPTER 1 RILEY'S POV Mr Will my boss, called me into his office while I was cleaning the table top of the counter at the cafe I worked in, "yes sir" I replied cleaning my hands on my apron looking confused, "are you done for the day?" he asked, I check my watch reading the time 5:56pm, ohh my God, I lost track of time I'm already 45 minutes passed my clock out time, I better get going, bye sir". I rushed out to the changing room to change out if my work clothes and get my things. I unlocked the front door to my rental apartment I share with my best friend, I call out to Anna while dropping my things and going to look for milk in the fridge, I call out to her again "Anna are you home?" walking to her room door I knock, "are you in there?" a few seconds later she opens the door with her body tied in a bath towel " ohh hey I didn't hear you come in, how was work?" she asked "it was cool stayed there over time again, what a shitty day" I said in exhaustion. Anna comes into my room" heyyyy, what are your plans this night, we have somewhere to be and I don't take no for an answer" i replied " ohh Anna, you know I hate going out, I don't like it, I won't enjoy myself look at me, no one will ever find me attractive, I'm fat I'm not beautiful, every thing sucks, I really don't have to go" Anna looks at me " I told you I don't take no for an answer" stands up and walks to my wardrobe to look for something, she searches through, picking from one cloth to another until he turns around and smiles " I found the perfect thing for you to wear" I look " ohh Anna please" giving her a puppy dog eyes, she replied " don't beg me, can you just go out for one night of your life?" looking at me "Anna please it's easy for you to go out, you don't have to looking pleasing to go out, you're hot so people obviously think you're hot, then coming with you it's weird okay" she looks at me " I don't care, we're breaking that chain today because me and you, the both of us were going to wear something sexy and make ourselves hot because we are f*****g going out, I give you 10 minutes to take a shower because you rick then we'll start getting ready, I'm serious babe, now stand up chop chop" standing up " I'll never forget this day Anna, I'll get you " we both started laughing"I hate you Anna "I said "I love you to buttercup, now go get ready, I already have the best outfit for you to wear" giving her a dead eye "yeah sure". Entering the bathroom, I look at myself in the mirror, "okay, I have to do this, put on a short dress and look sexy for the first time in my 22 years of being on earth I can do this" I say as I enter the bathtub, I shave my legs but it's hard for me to do it because I'm 5'2 and also chubby " ugh" I sigh in frustration "maybe I really need to loose weight maybe I'll feel better". time passes and I come out "Anna I'm ready let's get this day over with. Time passes and the Uber we took stops in front of a club, coming down I drag my dress down feeling uncomfortable, I wore a short red thought dress that fortunately complements my body nice work Anna while Anna also wore the same dress but in the colour green we both wore a Steve Madden heels to go with the dress and a mini purse to put our phones. entering, the music was so loud and the color lights were blinding " I could have just slept at home" i told myself , we walked to the bar and Anna ordered us both a margarita, not to lie the first sip was nice, I suddenly because alive "it's really nice Anna raising my glass to clock with hers, we sat at the bar for a while, after 2 other cups of margarita we decided to dance, we were both dancing like it was a carefree world then my eyes went to the private booth, men with women dancing in front of them, nice looking men I'll admit, maybe just the alcohol getting to my head, then I eyes saw this guy, jet black hair, big juicy biceps, nice toned if I may add big shoulders, ohh my God, his face like that of the devil, sharp jaw line, okay at this point the drink is getting to my head " Anna I'm going to the rest room, I'll be back" she looks at me "okay don't take too long". walking alone the halls till I reached the bathroom I quickly toned up my makeup and looked at myself in the mirror "it's not as bad as I thought" I told myself "it started nice and it will end nice" I reassured myself . walking out of the restroom, I was looking down closing my eyes till i hit something hard "ouch s**t" I looked up "ohh s**t I'm so sorry" it's the jaw like guyy, he looks more hot up close and sexy if I may add "watch where you're going fatso" he said " what? asshole" I walked out in anger getting back to the dance floor I searched for Anna and she was nowhere to be found I tried calling her and saw her text BÈSTÏÈ❤️🤧:HEYY BABE I KINDA LEFT WITH THIS HOT GUY, I'M SORRY I DIDN'T TELL YOU BEFORE, I HOPE YOU CAN GET HOME SAFELY, IF YOU SEE THIS TEXT BYEEE❤️ "ohh Anna" now I'm f****d how do I want to get home now, I checked the Uber app to see if there are any rides left but there isn't one at my app because it's already too late "f**k great, how do I get home" sighing in frustration as I walk down the road walkway. KIAN'S POV "I knew I should have just stayed at the racing track then to follow this bunch of assholes I fortunately have as friends, they know how much I hate clubs that don't have a private area" i said to myself as I sat there watching these ladies dance. Dylan says something but it's hard to hear because of the loud music, I look around and I suddenly see this girl dancing with someone that apparently looks like her friend and ohh f**k me is she beautiful, her white hair, beautiful body, she looks roughly around 5'2, over all she is Soo beautiful, words can't even describe it, she suddenly walks out of the dance floor, " I'm coming back guys" I told them. Walking towards the rest room I stopped " what am I doing? Kian don't be stupid" I told myself as I stood and something clicked to me " I know her, where have I seen her before?" as I was waking down the hallway to the bathroom someone bumped into me "watch where you're going fatso" "ohh s**t, that came out wrong, I told myself in my head as I just walked out, the anger and frustration ran through my veins "I'm Soo stupid I shouldn't have said that, and she looked more beautiful upfront, I got to where the other guys where "I'm outside if you're looking for me, I need to think and breath" they replied " okay sure".
