Xavier's POV
I growled at my wolf as I got up from the bed. I could hear Celeste whimpering in pain as I moved away from her. It would only get worse as her heat continued, but I knew that she would at least need food. I took a key and locked the door so no one else would be able to enter. Of course Celeste can unlock it from the inside if she needed to but I don't want anyone to enter the room while she is in heat. Jake, Josh, and Jared may have been okay around her this morning but I can't say the same for any other pack members.
I walk down stairs and into the kitchen. Immediately I see the little girl who had fallen in love with Celeste when they met. Delian, I think her name was. She looks up at me and her eyes brighten in excitement.
"Alpha!" She runs over to me and stops right in
