Xavier's POV
I woke up to a scream. Celeste's scream.
I shot up and looked to where Celeste was sitting at the edge of our bed clutching her stomach. I quickly moved so I could wrap my arms around her. She only tried to push me away as more screams left her lips. I held her arms down and pulled her to me.
"Celeste!" She glanced at me and bit her lip. "Calm down. It must be the last day of your heat, so it's going to hurt, but you will be fine. I promise." She shook her head with a pained look on her face. I pulled her to me and smashed our lips together.
She moved herself to where she was straddling my hips. She brought herself flush against me and I tried to push her back. She growled at me making me shocked. I put my hands on her hips and moved her away from me. Her eyes were black.
