When we got to the tree line, Leyla and Angela pulled me towards a dark and mossy part of the forest. There was a small brook there, bubbling happily as it led to the ocean. It smelled fresh and earthy, I wanted to flop down on the ground and never leave. I was 100% coming back to this spot as a wolf. Caught up in my thoughts I didn't notice them starting to strip off their clothes and get ready to swim.
"Hurry up slowpoke!" Angela's taunt would have been more effective if she hadn't been struggling with her skinny jeans, jumping around on one leg to reveal the swimsuit she already had underneath.
