Sophie's POV  I woke up sandwiched between my mates, warm and enveloped in their smell. Rugal's hot breath on my neck and Leyla's leg over mine. A perfect moment in time that could be mind forever if I wanted. My body still ached, my bruises fading but still painful, reminders of what had happened the day before. Looking at the windows I saw that it was still dark out, maybe around 5am. Too early to be awake, but my brain wouldn't let me sleep. Taking a few deep breaths I tried to center myself, reaching the mental space I went to when I meditated during yoga. My past experience teaching me that if I moved my mates would wake too.  Looking at Leyla I was surprised to see her face look so young and innocent. She was always protective and strong, always fighting the battles that others are
