I was going on and out of consciousness. Every time I tried to wake up from the deep sleep, something sent me right back.
I didn’t know what day it was. I had lost sense of time. I opened my eyes slowly and looked around the room. There was nobody inside. Just me.
I blinked and when I opened it, I saw Lada at the end of my bed. I moved back in fright.
