Chapter 1
A lavish billionaire gala hosted by the Shah empire. Glittering chandeliers, champagne flowing, soft violins… but Kiara feels trapped.
Kiara arrives at the gala wearing her mother’s old gown, hoping to quietly honor her late father.
But whispers start as soon as she walks in
“That’s Kiara Mehra… the heiress.”
“She doesn’t even know she’s about to lose everything.”
She ignores them… until her eyes lock with his.
Rivan Shah.
Tall. Intimidating. Dark aura. The man her father hated.
The man who’s now watching her like a predator watching prey.
Kiara escapes to the balcony for air, but Rivan follows.
Rivan (low, cold): “Running away won’t change anything.”
Kiara (snaps): “Stay away from me.”
Rivan: (steps closer) “I don’t chase, Kiara. I claim.”
(His eyes pin her down)
“And unfortunately for you… I’ve already claimed you.”
Before she can reply, he hands her an envelope.
Inside: A copy of her father’s will.
Kiara discovers a shocking clause
“For my empire to remain intact, my daughter Kiara must marry Rivan Shah within 30 days.”
Her reaction: disbelief, rage, heartbreak.
But before she can confront him Rivan leans in, whispers:
Rivan: “You have no choice, little heiress. Without me… you lose everything.”
As she storms out of the gala, furious, a mysterious woman blocks her way and says:
Unknown Woman (smirking): “Don’t marry him, Kiara. He killed your father.”
Kiara freezes.
Everything she thought she knew shatters.
She turns back… and sees Rivan watching her from the balcony
his glass raised, his expression unreadable.
