*Third person's POV*

Namjoon: Jin! What was that?

Jin: .....

Namjoon: Answer me, Jin!

Jin: ....

Namjoon: JIN !!!

Jin: What?.. I.. I don't know.

I...I was worried about Chang and.....

Namjoon: I know it. I was worried too, but that still doesnot explain your behaviour!

Jin: What would I have done? She wasn't replying! I was worried sick.

Namjoon: You were speaking in korean, Jin. How was she supposed to understand?

Jin: .....

Namjoon: What? Say something!

Jin: I....

Namjoon: Tell me...

Jin: I... I didn't... realise..

Namjoon: Wow!? Also, why would you hold her like that?

Jin: I am sorry. I wanted to apologize for that but... was too embarassed.

Namjoon: Embarrased? Are you for real?

Jin: I am really sorry.

Namjoon: And that's enough? Saying sorry to me won't solve anything, Jin. You need to go & apologize to her. She saved our friend. She deserves a sorry atleast for your misconduct!

Jin: I know.... and I'm thankful.

Namjoon: Instead of telling me, let her know about it.

Jin: I'll go & talk to her.

Namjoon: Good. I'm going to bring some food, we'll need it for the night. You need anything else?

Jin: No, I'm fine.

*Annie's POV*

I was about to leave the hospital when I recalled that I didn't have my car with me.

'Damn it!'

With a guilty voice, I called Peter.

Annie: Hello, Pete? Um..

Peter: Need a ride back home?

Annie: *smiling* What would I do without you?

Peter: Yeah, yeah. I know. Come on now. I am already waiting for you at the parking lot.

Annie: Already?

Peter: Why? You aren't done yet?

Annie: Nah, I am done for the day. Will be there in a jiffy.

*call disconnected*

'Damn Annie, what would you really do without Peter?', I smiled to myself.

In the parking lot, I found a white car waiting for me.

I knew who it was! I excitedly waved at Peter.

I don't know how, but he knows exactly when I need him. 22years of friendship & still counting. We practically know everything about each other...

While I was walking towards Peter's car, I came across a man leaning on a black car.

Suddenly, he started walking towards me.

At first, it took me a bit by surprize & I reflexively took few steps back only to realise it was that weirdo!

'Uh oh. Seems like trouble', I thought.

Jin: "Hi."

Annie: uh? Hi?

Jin: I.. I am very grateful to you for saving my friend's life.

Annie: ...? You are?

Jin: I know I acted like a jerk but honestly I am not like that.

Annie: Like what?

Jin: You know like.... that...

Annie: That what?

Jin: uh...umm.....

Annie: *stifling laughter*It's fine.

Jin: No, no it's not. I shouldn't have done that.

Annie: Uh huh. Right.

Jin: .......I......uh.....should.....uh.....I...

Annie: Hey, it's fine. You don't have to be so nervous. As long as you realise your mistake, it's fine.

Jin: You are not mad at me for being that rude?

Annie: uh...not really!

Trust me, I deal with worse everyday!

Jin: Still, sorry & thank you so much.

Annie: It's my duty. Anyways, you can go & see your friend if you want.

Jin: I can?

Annie: I'll talk to the receptionist. You can go see him. Just let him rest & he'll be fine. Don't try to wake him up. He's under sedatives.

Jin: Thank you so much.

Annie: You're welcome

Peter: "Hey! Do we have a problem here?"

Annie: "Oh hey, Pete! No, no problem. Just work stuff"

Jin: ....

Peter: "Oh! Shall I wait in the car?"

Annie: "Nah. We're done here, I guess. Do..you have anything else to say?"

Jin: "Nope. Just sorry &....thank you"

I smiled at him.

Peter: "So..... lets go?"

I nodded & started walking towards Peter's car..

Peter: Okay, so what happened?

Annie: Lets go, I'll tell you on the way. One heck of a day it was!

*Jin's POV*

I'm glad I came to sort things out.

Although she said it was fine, I was overcome with guilt.

'She didn't even get mad at me for being so rude. In fact she made arrangements for me to see Chang..

Namjoon was right, just saying sorry isn't enough. I should make it up to her. She saved him after all'
