Chapter 7 She walked the corridors of the unfamiliar building. She had placed herself behind Kane and Trinity, hoping they knew their way around. It was foolish to believe they would accomplish the task without a fight, but if it could be put off until later, she would take it. They needed to find Jacob and her mother before that happened.
