Loving him

CHAPTER 12

Upon Nelson looking up he saw Anna and that damn boy kissing in her yard, where he had just saw them a while ago chasing each other basically playing around. He had just looked away for a few minutes and upon looking up the scenery had total change from what his eyes were observing prior to what was taking place in front of his eyes at that moment.

His angel was laying down on her back in the yard while the boy was on top of her. They were kissing, actually kissing each other from what he was seeing.

He looked at the whole scenery which look like it was happening in slow motion in his eyes. He was unable to look away while his heart was aching, all that he had feared was actually coming true. Anna has got another man in her life, she has moved on and forgotten all about him.

" What did i expect anyway .......,she is young and beautiful......., why would she be waiting for me....... ,a married man who hasn't seen or call her for so long ......, a man who has been avoiding her......, a man who can't give her what she deserves or need...... " he thought and chuckle to himself.

He looked away from them, he grabbed his steering wheel tightly,placed his forehead in it and cursed repeatedly. Minutes passed by with him in his car processing everything, listening to his shattering heart. He took a deep breath, sighed and started his car driving away without even glancing back at Anna's home. He drove absent minded, driving with no destination in mind.He was not even driving in the direction of his house, he was just driving to no where.

His mind was in the trans and not functioning at the time. It was still processing everything that has happened. He was also thinking about his feelings for Anna and contemplating what to do. His mind was in the jumble while his feelings were all over the place. He was feeling everything at once ,anger, hurt, jealousy and frustration.

Anger was winning amongst all that he was feeling everytime the image of Anna with a man pop up in his head.

Even though he knew he doesn't deserve Anna because he can never give her what she deserves or be there for her hundred percent. He even understood that she needs someone who was emotionally available for her. He still was angry at what he had just saw.

Everytime the image of Anna and that boy kissing surfaces in his mind it would start a fire in him.

Making him swore intently " you mine and only mine" with those words uttered in his mouth he finally came to an abrupt halt in the road his car facing two roads ahead of him that he didn't know where they lead.

At that moment it looked like he was back to his senses after stopping, looking at the two roads ahead of him one on his right side and the other on his left side. Not knowing where he was at and where the two roads lead, He decided to park his car on the side of the road he was driving at, took out his phone and saw that he had a massage from his wife. He opened it and read it. She was asking for his whereabouts since it was getting late. At that moment he remembered that he was supposed to join them at his mother's place as she had invited them to spend the weekend. They were initially supposed to drive to her house together with his family but he had said he was going to follow them later on because he had some emergency job to take care of. That job was going to see Anna before going to his mother house where his family was.

Understanding that it was late surely his wife must be worried cause he wasn't showing up he decided to call his wife:

"hey .....how are you. ...... just call to tell you i won't be able to join you guys today........, I would....... drive up there tomorrow........ in the morning..........promise

just got caught up where i was in the afternoon ...........yeah..... I love you too......"

After he ended the call he checked his location on his phone to see where he was.Upon getting his location on his phone and knowing where he was he decided to make another call. He strolled through his phone and found the number he wanted and called it.

The phone rang a few times before the person picked up "hello " they answered with a shaky almost unaudible voice.

He kept quiet for a while before he spoke and said "I need to see you" with an unwavering and demanding voice.The person on the other end of the call said "okay" when they agreed he immediately cut the call.

With one destination in mind he started he car and drove away.

Although he seemed calm on the outside but the storm was brewing inside him. It took sometime before he reached his intent location ,a place he knew too well, a place he had been earlier on before driving to the unknown. He packed his car in the driveway of the house, cut his engine, got out of the car and made his way to the front door.

Upon arriving at the door, He took some needed deep breaths before knocking. He knocked twice before a lovely looking beautiful woman opened the door for him to let him in. She opened the door and moved one side allowing space for him to enter of which he did.

Once he was inside the door was closed and he went and sat on the arm of the sofa and he folded his arms.The atmosphere in the house felt a little bit tense with no one saying anything until he broke the silence and greeted her while looking at her" hi.... Anna ".

When Anna finished letting Nelson inside the house she closed the door and stood infront of it. She remained standing there and not moving away from where she was. She was just standing there looking anywhere but Nelson and trembling a little bit. When he spoke she had managed to look up finding him looking at her making her nervous and longing to be in his arms after so long but she couldn't move or find her words so she didn't greet back she was quiet.

"Come here "Nelson gestured for her to get closer to him. She moved ever so slow to him until she was standing in front of him and stopped bitting her fingers that were starting to hurt. Nelson spoke again and said "I said ....closer Anna...." opening his arm gesturing for her to go inside them. Anna being this hesitant to be closer to him made his not so calm storm inside him brew even more thinking that Anna has never been hesitant to give him hugs , kisses or to be closer to him before but right at that moment he felt like she didn't want him there. Why was she so hesitant was it because of that boy, he thought making him angrier.

His arms remained open for Anna but she didn't go inside them she kept on looking down like she was avoiding his eyes. Finally after opening his arms for so long with Anna refusing to give him a hug he put them down. He looked at Anna infront of him getting more and more angrier by each second that passes when looking at Anna and the thought that someone else had touched her.His possessiveness of her was sky rocketing to another level that it was scaring him.

They remained silent both of them in their own thoughts.

Nelson lifted Anna's face with one of his hand and made her look at him. Searching her eyes he said " don't I get atleast a hug?", Anna crashed into him so fast that he lost his balance and staggered but he managed to catch her and steady them.

Anna was finally in his arms, They hugged so tightly both savoring the moment. Moment later while still hugging "Anna whose that boy you were kissing in your yard?" Nelson asked holding her even more tightly. Anna's heart beat increased profoundly but she never answered. Again he asked " do you love him?, Is he your love?" each question was like a stab in his heart.

He released Anna from his arms and she was now standing in front him between his leg while he was still sitting on the arm of the sofa, Anna had not answered any of his questions. With Anna looking down on the floor he lifted her face with one of his hand looking at her and her looking at him" I asked you a question...... I need a name Anna.... who is he.... do you love him?" asking her with so much authority.

Anna's eyes were filled with tears before she answered with a soft voice "his name..... is Jonathan .......we..... work together .....and he is a friend "

Nelson propped her chin up for her to remain looking at him and asked again " do you love him" of which she shook her head no. He then asked again "do you still love me" of which she nodded but that made Nelson anger grew because he was thinking if she still love him why kiss another.

After she nodded yes , agreeing that she still loved him no one talked and minutes passed with Nelson looking at her. There's a lot he wanted to, ask, do,say and even apologize for his absence but he just remain silent.

" go take the things you going to need we are going" she didn't ask where she just nodded wipe her tears and went to her bedroom, she came back with her phone ,she took her house keys from the kitchen counter. She went to the sitting room where Nelson was and said she was done.

Nelson then started exiting the house with Anna following him behind.She locked the house with Nelson's help and the both got in the car and drove to the house they always would meet in. The drive to the house was silent with Anna glancing at Nelson from time to time while he was driving. She felt the atmosphere was not nice and she also wondered how her man knew about the kiss with Johnathan but she didn't want to ask him at the time cause she felt Nelson was upset.

They reached the house they both got off the car and went inside, when inside Nelson told Anna he was gonna take a shower at which she had said okay and waited for him in his sitting room.

When he was done he appeared and asked her if she wanted anything to drink at which she said no.

They had both missed each other so much but both of them were restraining themselves one because of guilt and hurt why she was forgotten and the other because of anger that he is trying so hard to control because he feels like he doesn't have a right to be.

"Do you wanna go to bed" Nelson asked cause it was getting late and he was feeling tired of everything. Anna said she wanted to. He started the way to the bedroom and Anna followed him behind, they got to the bedroom and he changed into his sleeping clothes and gave Anna his long t- shirt to wear it.When Anna was changing he was looking at her and her nakedness was bare to him. Anna had change and use his t-shirt for bed several times when they were together but that day when he saw her nakedness he suddenly he felt like marking her and making her his so no one can touch her but him.

That thought was all that was playing in his mind until he gave in ,he charged to her like a raging bull startling her, he started kissing her hard all over and leaving no spot on her body untouched.
