Loving him

CHAPTER 11

Nelson was in a bad mood when he got to his home after seeing the interaction Anna had with a boy infront of her house.He got home, Parked his car in the garage and went inside the house straight to the bedroom luckily his family was not home or else they would have wondered what was wrong with him because of the way he was looking all frustrated and angry.

When he entered the bedroom he sat down in the bed, loosening his tie, sighed and took out his phone from his pocket with the intent to try and call Anna, He would stroll through his phone for her number ,finding it and his finger would linger on the caller button but he wouldn't go through with calling her because the image of Anna and the boy would keep popping up in his mind making him more angrier. He tried to call several times failing at every one of his attempts until he decided to stop trying and tossed the phone on one side of the bed before laying down with his upper body on the bed, while his feet remained on the floor, using his hands as his pillow.

His mind was thinking of his love, if maybe she had finally found someone to replace him or not. The idea of her being with someone else besides him was hurting him even though he knew she deserved better than what she was getting or not getting from him.

He whispered to himself "Anna who is this guy?, do you love him or not?, do you not want me anymore angel?".

The following day he went to her house again after calming himself down, believing that maybe he had overreacting the day before and because he missed her. He went there hoping to see her, hug her and kiss her after it has been so long. He had decided it was stupid of him to get jealous of someone in Anna life, it not like they were kissing like a couple. "It could have been just a friendly gesture" he told himself, so he had decided to let go of his jealous and go to see her.

He went there and saw the same car again packed in the yard. Even though he felt anger building up in him, He tried to keep himself under control. Suddenly he wanted to know who the guy was and how he was connected to his love. On that day, even though he wanted to wait for the guy to leave so he could go to Anna. He wasn't able to wait it out because he got a call from his wife reminding him about their late night dinner with his in-laws so he had to rush home.

Weeks goes by and Nelson would go to Anna house during some of the week days and find the car packed there again and again, He would automatically knew the guy was there and he would stay long hours until Nelson could not wait any longer because of other priorities he had and he would leave.He made several attempts to see her on week days until he opted to try going on a weekend hoping to see her.

He did thought about calling her and telling her he was coming so she can make time for him but for some unknown reason he never did make the call even though it would make things much easier to get a chance to see her without her friend and talk to her.

One Saturday he had decided going there to try and see her. He went there, packed the car in his then usual spot. Few minutes after parking his car he looked around in her home and saw her in her yard running around. It looked like she was not alone cause she was running around and laughing, She looked very beautiful and happy the site was very appeasing to Nelson. A smile was plastered on his face. The sound of her laugher creating a melody in his ears that he never wish to forget. He indeed felt content at that moment.

His contentment was short-lived though and a frown immediately appeared on his face as someone came to his view, A person who was chasing Anna trying to splash her with water. A person who was responsible for all the laughter and happiness she was feeling. Anger, frustration and a ping of jealous were what he was feeling. He cursed under his breath before saying " do you live here now with Anna?, why are you always with her?"

He looked downward inside his car trying to calm himself down and breath. It took several minutes before he was able to look up again to where Anna was with the boy but he got the shock of his life at what he had seen upon looking up at them. What he saw left him heartbroken and unable to breath or blink for a few minutes. He was just sitting there in his car out of his senses. looking at the two people, The one he loved dearly and the one whom he doesn't know or care about but they had managed to arouse unpleasant feelings inside of him.
