May Walter POV
The sound of the knock on my door from outside caught my attention, and I paused brushing my teeth. I heard the knock a few times before the sound of door opening and closing followed suit. I needed no one to tell me that the person was Miles since he was the only one living here aside from his brother who of course must be at the hospital as usual by this time.
"Coming..." I found Miles seated on the bed when I walked inside. He stood up and smiled at me.
