Waking up to May sleeping peacefully beside him was everything he needed to make him happy.
A smile formed on Miles's face as he watched her sleep like the queen she was. She looked so cute when sleeping and he could only admire her.
He finally got out of bed, pulled the duvet to cover her body, and left for the bathroom. After he washed his face, he left the room for the kitchen.
Miles heard the sound of water splashing in the kitchen as he descended the staircase minutes later, and he paused. Adelie was not around, so who could be in the kitchen?
