Third person pov: Logan burst through the door of Allison’s office, his breath hitching at the sight. JK was hovering right over her. Allison's clothes were perfectly intact, but JK was leaning down, pressing his lips against her neck to force a hickey. "Don't you f*****g touch her!" Logan roared. He rushed forward, gripping JK by the shirt and dragging him toward the corner effortlessly, handling him like he weighed nothing at all. Watching from the side, Selena felt a twisted sense of satisfaction. She eagerly anticipated the moment Logan would turn on Allison with accusations. Looking over at Allison, who could barely keep her balance, Selena opened her mouth to fuel the fire with a taunt. But Logan wasn't in the mood for anything she had to say. He rained brutal punches down on JK, fracturing his face so badly that panic replaced Selena's smugness. Fearing he might actually kill him, she rushed over and tried to pull Logan back. It was like trying to move a brick wall. "Logan, stop! You're going to kill him!" she gasped, trembling. Logan shoved her away hard, sending her crashing to the ground. "I don't care," he gritted out, his voice laced with pure venom as he wrapped his fingers tightly around JK’s throat, cutting off his air. By now, a crowd of staff members had gathered at the doorway. It took five grown men to finally pull Logan off JK. Trembling with adrenaline, Logan whipped around to face the employees. "How did he get into this building?!" he demanded, his voice echoing off the walls. His eyes were bloodshot with rage. Selena shrank back; she had never seen him look so terrifying. She scrambled over to JK and tried to help him stand. One of the staff members nervously pointed a finger at her. "We only allowed him past security because he came in with Miss Selena." Logan’s gaze snapped to her. Selena tried to keep her face lowered, avoiding his eyes. Logan walked over to her until he stood directly over her, his chest heaving as he fought for control, his eyes narrowed to slits. "There is no f*****g way you planned this," he whispered, the betrayal cutting through his anger. "Selena, tell me these people are lying. Tell me you're innocent. Tell me!" "I... I had no idea. Believe me, Logan," she whimpered, trying to squeeze out a pitiful, innocent look to sway him. A cold disgust settled over Logan's features. "I really can't believe you would stoop this low. I can't even stand the sight of you right now." He turned his head toward Vera, a senior staff member. "Call the cops. Do not let either of them out of your sight, or you are all fired." "Logan, please," Selena begged, reaching out to grasp at his clothes. "Even if you can't forgive me, at least think about what we once shared." Her attempt at emotional blackmail fell completely flat. Logan didn't even flinch. "That's exactly why I'm handing you over to the cops. If it weren't for that, I would have done much worse." Ignoring her cries, he walked over to Allison and scooped her up into his arms. Allison immediately wrapped her arms tightly around his neck, clinging to him to keep her spinning world steady. As he carried her down the hallway toward his private office, which thankfully had a connected lounge. Allison began talking rapidly, her voice filled with panic. She was terrified that he was going to misunderstand what he saw. "I... I didn't do anything, please trust me," she pleaded, her voice shaking as he pushed his office door open with his shoulder. "She handed me a glass of wine and I couldn't decline it. I didn't want him near me either." "Allison, it's okay, baby. Shh," he murmured, his tone shifting instantly into something tender. He gently laid her down on the nearest couch. Allison stared up at him in disbelief, relieved that he didn't doubt her, but a new wave of panic hit her. The drugged wine was taking a heavy toll, she was intensely aroused and desperately needed him. The thought of admitting that right now made her stomach knot with anxiety, how could she tell him without making him question her innocence? Logan scanned her from head to toe, checking for any physical injuries. Leaning over her, he whispered, "Did he touch you anywhere else?" "No," she breathed, swallowing hard against the dryness in her throat. She reached up, framing his face with both hands. Logan immediately brought his own hands up to rest against her wrists. His eyes drifted down to her neck, catching the faint, irritated red marks where JK had tried to leave his mark. His jaw clenched, a muscle twitching violently in his cheek. "That bastard. When I get back down there, I'm going to cut off his hands." "Baby, I didn't do anything wrong," she repeated, tears finally spilling over her eyelashes. "Sweetheart, I know. I believe you," he cooed, his heart breaking at the sight of her tears. He gently brushed the moisture from her cheeks with his thumbs, but the crying wouldn't stop. "Tell me exactly where he touched you. Is that why you're crying? Just tell me." He needed to know the truth. If JK had put his hands on her, Logan was ready to go downstairs and finish the job, consequences be damned. He didn't care if he went to prison for it. "He didn't touch me," she insisted again. She shifted, lying flat on her back while holding his gaze. The fear in her eyes had morphed into a dark, heavy hunger that Logan couldn't quite read. He sank to his knees beside the couch, taking her hands in his and pressing desperate, protective kisses against her knuckles. A heavy guilt weighed on him; he had promised her father he would keep her safe, and he had failed. Someone had tried to assault her right under his own roof. "Then why are you crying?" he pressed, his chest tight with anxiety. "Tell me, baby. I'm f*****g worried here." Allison took a shaky breath, her gaze dropping to his lips. "I want you to f**k me."
