The End of the Night

       We sat down in our seats and the food was steaming hot so it most have just came out. 

I looked around hoping no one seen us come out the bathroom together. I don't want people to get the wrong impression of me.

Jacob ordered some champagne before he left the table. It was my favorite champagne it was so thoughtful of him sense it was the most expensive bottle.

"Thank's for the champagne you didn't have too." I said looking down fiddling with my fingers.

"No it's find I don't mind, I'll do anything for you." He replied.

I went to take a sip of the drink but it tasted a little weird. It didn't taste like it normally would. I took another sip to make sure and I was pretty sure it wasn't right.

"How does the champagne taste" Jacob asked.

"Great" I replied cutting a piece of my stake. I didn't want to him to think I was unappreciative.

Jacob:
