Season 1 : The Dawn of Deadly Deceptions ㅤ (In the middle of space, where countless stars are visible to the n***d eye, a spacecraft carried by its thrusters makes its way back to MIRA.) ㅤ [Scene : Turtle II - Cafeteria] Aimer (Red - Male) : Congratulations on our success on the mission on Planet Deagon! Aimer : Without further ado, cheers! Everyone : Cheers!! (The whole crew of Team Freya held a celebration with regards to their completion of the mission. All of the members went wild and treated themselves with the luxurious feast presented in front of them. It was all thanks to a team on Planet Deagon for providing this bountiful gift. Even though the amount of food was a lot, their party ended sooner than expected. Cleaning up was all they had to do before they could relax again, though some of the members couldn't help because of how full their stomachs were.) Melan (Brown - Female) : I'm so full... Reyna (Blue - Female) : A feast after a mission...is so great! Melan : I know, right? We've been carrying things for 2 days straight back in Planet Deagon. I'm so beat right now... Meteor (Cyan - Male) : I'm so grateful of them for giving us a feast so we can replenish our energy. Reyna : Not to mention, you eat way too fast like a greedy pig! Hahaha! Meteor : Geh, you can just forget about that, Reyna. (The person in a cyan astronaut suit replied with a groaning tone. Shortly after their talk, the leader of the team announced something.) Aimer : So, let's get to work! (Silence overtook the room in an instant.) Everyone : Eh?? (Everyone was confused by the sudden announcement.) Reyna : What do you mean let's get to work? Aimer : Ah, sorry...I forgot to explain. Aimer : You see, Turtle II has been used for almost 3 years. Its system is still functioning but it looks like it's about to break down soon. Hah, I always forgot to announce to fix the skeld. So I thought, how about we repair some of the systems that need to be fixed here? Mayven (Lime - Male) : Now that you've mentioned it, some things around here look a bit rusty. Aimer : Exactly. Thankfully, Cleis, from the Andromeda Division, informed me about this. Cosmos (Pink - Female) : Ehhh?? I don't wanna work againnn... Aimer : Cosmos, I understand how you feel, but we must repair this old ship to make it function continuously. Or else, we'll be stuck here in the middle of space. Cosmos : How long can this ship last though? Aimer : Hold on, she had a timer set up for that. Let me check... (Aimer grabs his SSO tablet, which stands for Skeld System Operator, from the pocket of his suit and finds the timer Cleis set up for a reminder to how long the ship could last. As soon as he finds the timer...) Aimer : Wait, there's only 2 hours remaining? Cosmos : 2 hours?! Meteor : How could you forget such an important thing, Aimer!? Aimer : That's why I apologized about it! You know very well that I have a bad memory. Mayven : Ugh, if that's the case, then we really need to restore some things here. Ravie (Orange - Male) : Another troublesome job again... Aimer : Ravie, you've always been so timid even on our missions. At least help us for once. Meteor : That's right! You rarely even contribute anything to the crew. Ravie : Fine. I'll do what I can do. Aimer : So, any problems? (There were no objections whatsoever.) Aimer : Okay, so then let's start repairing. I'll just leave this button here in case if you have any problems or something the whole crew needs to know. *puts a mysterious button on the center of the table* Melan : Aimer, what kind of button is this? Aimer : It's called an emergency button. You use it for emergency meetings and such. But for emergencies only! Melan : Oh, I see... (For a person who's always curious like an explorative kid, Melan can't help but stare at it with suppressed motives.) Aimer : I already feel you trying to touch it... Aimer : By the way, Kruso, I've noticed you feeling weird lately, are you okay? Kruso (Black - Male) : Eh? Oh, I just feel dizzy... I can't quite talk, but I can still help. Aimer : Is that so? Well, don't push yourself too hard. Just rest if it becomes too serious. Kruso : Got it. Aimer : Okay, let's get to work, everyone. Cleis sent me the things that need to be repaired here, along with a map, and I sent them in your suit devices. Mark them as done by clicking the task itself, only if you're done with that task. I hope this is clear, so let's split up and complete them all! Everyone : Okay! (Everyone split up and did their assigned tasks.) Zeno (Yellow - Male) : Hmm...so my first task is.."Admin : Fix Wiring?" (Zeno went to the admin to fix wires.) Reyna : My first task is..."Admin : Checking Functionality of Card Swipe?" (Reyna also went to the Admin Room.) ㅤ [Scene : Admin Room] Reyna : Oh, Zeno is here. (Then she had a moment.) Reyna's mind : I hope this is my chance... (Reyna went to Zeno who's currently fixing wires from the electric box.) Reyna : Yo, Zeno! Zeno : *Busy fixing the wires* Hm..? Reyna : What are you doing? Zeno : Fixing wires, as you can see. Reyna : O-Oh.. Reyna's mind : I feel like this is getting awkward... Zeno : Do you need something? Reyna : Ah, nothing in particular... Reyna : I just want to be friends with you... *murmurs* Zeno : Sorry, what was that? Reyna : I said, I--- (Everything went black before Reyna could even finish her sentence. When she regained back her sense of vision in a few seconds, she saw herself along with the other crewmates sitting together gathered in the Cafeteria.) ㅤ [Scene : Cafeteria] Reyna : Eh? What? Zeno : What just happened? Cosmos : That almost gave me a heart attack... Melan : Hehhh~so that's how it works, huh? Aimer : Melan, don't just push it out of curiosity! I told you it's only for emergencies! Emergencies! Meteor : God, that really freaked me out. What the heck is this button anyway? Aimer : I told you it's an emergency button. But it's a special button which teleports all alive entities in this ship from their current location to a specific place, and I set the location in the cafeteria. Yumei (White - Female) : That sounds like it's made from.. Aimer : Yes, it's made from Latem, a sector of the Lucent Division. Meteor : Latem...the sector where they create technologies combined with spacules from space crystals, right? Aimer : Exactly. I never thought it could be this frightening. Back to the topic, since that was just a false emergency, let's get back to work. Everyone : Roger! (Everyone separated again to do their task while Zeno approached Reyna. ) Zeno : So.. (Reyna looks at Zeno.) Reyna : Eh? Zeno : You were saying? Reyna : Um, what are we talking about again? Zeno : You said you wanted something to tell me. (Reyna remembers it back after a short-term memory loss.) Reyna : Oh, um.. Zeno : I have a lot of tasks to do, make it quick. Reyna : Uh... Zeno : Okay, I'm going. Reyna : Wait a second! *grabs Zeno's suit* (Zeno looks back.) Zeno : Do you really have something to tell me or not? Reyna : It's just...I'm afraid that you'll turn me down once I say it. Zeno : What is that? Some sort of confession? Reyna : N-Not a confession, but more like a request. Reyna : Ca-- Reyna : C-Can we be f-friends? (Zeno was a bit suprised but he answered not long after.) Zeno : No. *walks away towards Storage Room* Reyna : Eh? Wait, why? *chases Zeno* Zeno : I just don't need these so-called friends. That's all. Reyna : But-- ㅤ [Scene : Storage Room] Zeno : Do you still not get it? Reyna : Eh? Zeno : You should be able to understand with the way I behave. I want to be alone. If you know that, then st-- (A blackout suddenly happened.) Zeno : Eh? A blackout? (Reyna instantly clings to Zeno's arm.) Zeno : Hey, what are you doing?! Reyna : I hate to say it, but I'm afraid of the dark. Zeno : I don't care, just get off of me already! Reyna : Just...let me hold with you..a little bit. *scared* (The lights went back.) Reyna : Oh, it's back. (Zeno swings his arm to loosen Reyna's grasp.) Reyna : Um, I'm terribly sorry... Zeno : Now since we're both done talking, I'm leaving--- (Coming out from Electrical, Aimer was seen running to the Cafeteria, crossing both Reyna & Zeno. From the looks of his face, he seems to be panicked by something, which would explain the rush of his steps.) Zeno : Aimer? Reyna : Hey Cap, what's the rush...?? Zeno's mind : Did something happen? (Aimer pushes the button and everyone was gathered in the Cafeteria.) ㅤ [Scene : Cafeteria] Mayven : Ahh...I really need to brace for that next time. Meteor : Oh, come on Melan, give me a break! Melan : N-No, it wasn't me! Meteor : If not you, then who-- *looked across Aimer* Meteor : Wait, Aimer, are you alright? Aimer : Hah...hah... *out of breath* Cosmos : Aimer, what's wrong? Why do you look so tired? Yumei : Hey, Aimer, are you okay? Aimer : I... *hah* I...just...*hah* Aimer : Ravie...He's dead! ㅤ Everyone : What??!!! ㅤ ㅤ [To be Continued]
