Juniper POV Alright, I am ready. I stand before the entrance of Waters Enterprise. A month ago i applied for a job. I never heard back, but two days ago they called. They asked if i would still like to come and have a talk. Okay, there goes nothing. I sigh and walk to the entrance. I feel Louve my wolf starting to get eager. Louve stop it, I really need this job. We really need this job. I put Louve to the end of my mind and walk inside. I walk to the counter and say my name. after a few minutes of waiting a woman comes to me and introduces herself as Jennifer Sheen. I shake her hand and follow her to the counter. She introduces me to the girls as their new colleague. I try to hide my look and walk slowly behind Jennifer to the elevator. When the elevator door closes I turn to Jennifer. Uh Miss? O please call me Jennifer. What is it? She says with a happy face. Well, I uhh.... I thought this was an interview, but you just introduced me as their new colleague. Jennifer looks weird at me and starts laughing. The girl doesn't want to follow me and pulls her hand away. Aragorn my wolf starts to howl. I try to reason with him and take the girls hand again. She opens the window and looks at us. Come on guys, stop staring and do something. I open the front door and jump in the car next to Jennifer. Adam and Oliver take their places behind me. I see the taxi turn around the corner and point it out to Jennifer. Luckily, Jennifer is a good driver and we manage to follow the taxi. Suddenly my phone rings. Mom, I can't call right now. Efraïm that's not how you talk to me, sweetheart I understand your busy but we need your help for some pack business and it can't wait. I sigh and look at Oliver and Adam. Matthew we will find her. Jennifer knows how she looks, we will bring her to you. Oliver pats my shoulder. Jennifer puts the car on the side of the road and I open the door and quickly jump out. I see how Jennifer drives away to follow the taxi with my mate in it. Juniper POV No, no no, this was not supposed to happen. I am screwed now. I will not let anyone use me again. I run up the stairs of my apartment complex and open the door. Luckily, James isn't here. I pull my backpack from my closet and start putting in some stuff, some clothes, my mom's necklace and a picture of my mom. I pull on the zipper on my back. and run to my door, while I open my door I smell wolf. I try to close my door but I was to late. Someone opens the door. I look into the eyes of two big men. I take a step back and try to get away from them. The biggest one of them two grabs my hand. Juniper, you are our alpha's mate and your running from him. Please come with us. Efraïm POV The pack business is finished and Adam and Oliver will be here in ten minutes. I don't know what to expect and am biting my nails nervously. My mom walks in and looks at me. Oliver lays her down on my couch and walks out of the office and closes the door. I take her ropes off and sit down in my chair and look at her. I don't even know her name. The girl opens her eyes and looks around. As soon as she sees me she starts to scream. Please, please don't. She curls up on the coach. I look at her. Please, I won't hurt you. What's your name? I am Efraïm. The girl looks at me with fear in her eyes. Aragorn my wolf is not happy. Efraïm, why is she afraid? What did you do? I roll my eyes. You really think I did something?
