A few days passed in a haze after the ritual was performed and Rosy’s powers were suppressed. Activities continued in full swing, Thalia had recovered, Marietta was her happy self again, and Armon spent even more family time with us. I and Rosy slept together now, even when I was told that she could sleep alone without the fear of any demon possessing her. I needed no relapses and did not want her to be traumatized. She barely spoke after the ritual, only staring most of the time and doing the normal things she would do—like eating, watching her favorite movie series, and spending time with her toys.
