Aimee POV
I woke up in my mate's lap; who can blame me; I feel safe and protected when I am with him. Newly awake, I look around the room; I feel like I am in a haze, and then I look at Zach's face. I see him with his phone looking at some work-related things; I can't tell what it is. It seems like a new project; Zach's company is dealing in Construction & Architecture, which looks like a new building project. I thought about my life and how it was before I met Zach, and I came to think about not finishing high school. So many things have happened since the day I got kidnapped, it's just a few weeks, but to me, it feels like months with how much my life has changed.
