"I'm here to attend to you my lady." The maid stated her purpose as soon as I opened up the door and came face to face with her. I am a bit surprised because I still don't understand what was happening right now? I spent the entire night listening to Griffith's tantrums about why I should forgive him and why we should end up together only for me to wake up to someone requesting to attend to me when I haven't even had my beauty sleep yet. Last night had been one of the most exhausting and strenuous nights of my entire life and just when I thought it couldn't get worse, it just did.
"Why are you here? I never sent for you." I asked feeling exasperated. Wasn't it bad enough that my night was ruined? Why should my day be included in the lists of things that should be ruined as well?
