It was all too much. No one was telling the full story... It seemed like everyone would tell me just enough to make it seem as if they were letting me in on the secret, but they were all hiding something. Conall and Eryn didn't tell me about their mother being involved with Violet, Barbara surely wasn't letting me in on anything, my own mother must've known something and never told me anything... William seemed to be trying his best to be open, but still. I was in the dark, and every time I was given a candle it was blown out. I worker it out, Violet would've been about 18 or 19 when my grandmother was in the asylum. Around the time she had Conall and her family had split her up from his father. Had she also started to go mad? Was she sent to the same place? The questions whirred around
