wake up call

Moms really pleased to see me when i turn up and pulls me into a warm hug before sitting me at the table and placing a roast dinner i front of me "here i saved this for you sweetheart" she smiles at me then says "i thought you might be hungry, Gem is at her friends before you ask so you'll have to see her later". After dinner i take a shower and get all my books prepared for the next day then i climb into bed to get an early night for school the next day. In the morning i am woken by Gem leaping on my bed "hey sis did ya miss me?" "yeah like a hole in the head" i reply groggily, " missed you too, seriously are you ok? i was worried about you" "yeah im fine i just had some stuff to work out" " wanna talk about it?" "not really" " is it to do with that boy boy from parkshore academy? you know Luke" " what no, well yes no i don't know, how do you know about Luke anyway? i didn't think you would know who Luke was, your a year below me so it's not like you should know who Luke is" "yeah well just so you know, everyone knows who Luke is,he's only the most popular boy at school not to mention the hottest" "what really?........yeah well it doesn't matter he's nobody to me, so come on we need to get sorted for school" "oh yeah right.......BAGGSEY THE SHOWER FIRST" Gem yells running out of the room laughing. I stretch and give a loud yawn before getting out of bed.
