Samantha swaggered into the club, her dress gripping to her in the right spots, her head high as if she owns the world. Alongside her was Luke. Zara’s ex-boyfriend the man that she thought was her ride or die, the one person she thought she would spend the rest of her days with, before that Samantha had dipped in and stole him from her. Zara’s heart sank, her throat fixed, and shortly, she felt paralyzed. She hadn’t seen Luke since the monsters came to rob them their home. As she was trying to hide from them, Samantha’s eyes locked onto hers. “Well… well,” Samantha jeered. “Look who’s serving now. How interesting.” Her voice dribbled with loftiness. “I assume running away didn’t get you very far, did it?” Zara swallowed hard, her stomach agitating. “Samantha, not here.” She managed to say, trying to keep her voice steady. “Oh, please.” Samantha went on, her voice loud enough for others around them to hear. “You have always been weak, Zara. Its no big surprise that “your forever Luke” picked me. You can’t possibly keep a man, Zara, even if your life depended on it. I see you haven’t changed at all, still desperate, and pathetic. Did you really think you could run away and make something of yourself ? What a looser.” her voice loaded with venom. Zara felt the sting of her words like a smack across the face. Her hands shuddered as she tried to compose herself. But inside she was degenerating, the memory of what she had lost to Samantha was eating her alive. The night was slowing down, and the crowd at the club had thinned. Zara was avoiding seeing Samantha and Luke together, her heart weighty with feelings she had buried in the past. As she was tidying up, she saw Luke moving towards her, looking reluctant and awkward. He was now, no longer the confident man that she once knew, and remembered, and the guilt was written all over his face. “Zara,” he began, his voice soft but questionable, “Can we talk for a minute?” Zara looked at him coldly, her exhaustion and the alcohol making her less patient. “What could you possibly want to say to me Luke?” she replied her tone sharp. Luke swallowed hard, knowing he deserved her anger. “Please accept my apologies, for everything that I did to you. I know I hurt you… and I regret and hate that I did.” Zara giggled harshly, shaking her head. “You are sorry? That’s it? Huh! You choose my step sister over me, and now you are here with her, parading it Infront of me. What do you think ‘sorry’ will fix it?” “I didn’t mean for it to happen this way,” Luke answered, desperation creeping into his voice. “It’s just that… it’s just happened.” Zara’s eyes narrowed. “How? How did that ‘just happen’ Luke? You were my boyfriend. We were supposed to have something real, at least I thought we were. And then you threw it all for her?” Luke sighed heavily, running his hand through his hair. “Samantha was always there, Zara. I’m not saying that makes it okay, but… she was always available. You and I , we had something good… but you weren’t ready for certain things. And Samantha…. she never hold back. She gave me everything I wanted when you couldn’t and I ended up having feelings for her. “ Zara’s heart clenched. “That’s it? I wasn’t enough for you because I didn’t give you all that you wanted when you wanted?” Luke’s face mellowed with guilt. “No, it wasn’t that way. I adored you, Zara. I actually care about you. Be that as it may, I got weak. Samantha…. She went all the way. You weren’t ready and I was selfish. I betrayed you, and I hate that I did it.” Zara’s eyes stung with tears, but she refused to let them fall. “So, because I wasn’t ready to give you everything, you ran to her? The one person you knew would hurt the most? Luke shook his head quickly. “It wasn’t like that. It was not about hurting you. I was stupid, and I let my selfishness and desires get in the way. But Zara, I need you to know that I love you. And I still care about you. It just… it got messy.” “Messy?” Zara repeated, her voice breaking slightly. “you call betraying me with my step sister and flaunting her around in my face ‘messy’? you broke my heart Luke. And you didn’t just betray me… you chose her. The one person who’s made my life a living hell.” “I don’t expect you to forgive me,” Luke said, his voice low. “I just don’t want things to be weird between us. I know I cannot go back, but I hate the idea of you hating me.” Zara shook her head, her voice trembling with anger. “You think this is about being weird? You destroyed me Luke. You chose her, and expect me to just be okay with it?” “That’s not what I’m asking,” Luke murmured. “I just… I don’t want to make things harder for you.” Zara bit her lips, battling the tears that are falling, “You already have, Luke. You and Samantha deserve one another. You can have your perfect little life. But don’t ever think for a second that I will forgive you. You broke me, Luke. And nothing can change that.” Luke nodded slowly, knowing there was nothing else to say. “I’m sorry, Zara. Truly.” Without another word Luke left, leaving Zara in the faintly lit club, her heart broken into pieces by and by. She had expected to have closure, but all she felt was the raw ache of betrayal. She knew there was nothing that would mend that wound. It was something she would have to carry alone. After they left Zara felt absolutely depleted, her self-control scarcely keeping intact. She left to the rear of the club, wanting space and air. The club was almost empty, after some few minutes she realized that she had to get back and finish some cleaning then go home to Alex. She got back in the club, the music a soft melody in the background. Andrew sat at the bay tasting his drinks, his eyes floating to Zara as she tided and cleaned up for the night. He watched her for a moment she seemed somewhat worn out, her movements slow. He had noticed her before, but tonight, everything about her was different. Maybe it was the tiredness or the sadness in her eyes. He got up and walked towards her. “Rough night? Huh!” he asked, resting up against the bar. Zara sighed, cleaning down the counter. “You could say that, I just can’t wait for it to be over.” “I know how you feel, and I have an idea…how about you come along with me for a drink? Some place calmer. I have a room nearby; it will be very fun and relaxing. You seem as though you could use some, what do you say?” he put forth, with a smile on his face. “I don’t know,” Zara hesitated for a second, as she looked at him. She was tired, a little drunk, and the thought of escaping for a while and shutting everything off sounded good in her ears plus the guy was hot. “No pressure gorgeous,” he responded, his voice smooth. “I will be waiting for you just incase you change your mind. Take this card.” Later Zara, was standing Infront of his hotel room door. Her heart pounding, she took in a deep breathe, swiped the keycard and walked in. Andrew was sitted there on his bed shirtless, he looked at her with his killer smile. “I’m happy you made it.” He said, maintaining an eye contact with her. Without saying another word, Andrew came closer and started kissing her. The next thing Zara knew was leaning into him and kissing him back her hands all over his hair. Andrew’s movements were so smooth driving Zara insane as he went down kissing her in the neck, while grabbing her boobies really good and hard. Zara screaming enthusiastically, as she grabbed his d**k. Just touching his strong and hard d**k made her even more wet. “I want you to f**k me real hard, I want to feel you, all of you.” She whispered in his ears. Slowly Andrew brought his middle fingers down and slid it gently over her p***y, Zara threw her head back. “f**k yes, yes keep going,” he did it again, this round his fingertips slipping in between and gathering her wetness. He continued and found her c**t, and he started rubbing it in tiny circles. Zara panted out against his lips, and she was lost. The taste of her, the smell of her, the feel of her being so close against him, skin to skin. And nothing had meaning anymore. There was only him and her. Andrew couldn’t take it anymore. He took Zara’s pants off and started giving him head. But that was not it, it just made Zara want his d**k even more, she took off his trousers and grabbed his big d**k with all her might. Ready for him, she spread her legs wide open and directed his hard-strong d**k in her dripping wet p***y, and they began f*****g. “Oh…. yeah. Harder ooh,” Zara moaned. That was the only sounds coming out and the squeaking of the bed, the banging sounds of the bed to the wall and Andrew’s deep sighing. When they were done and catching back their breath. The energy between them suddenly changed, Andrew pulled away his demeanor icy cold. He sat up and said his voice firm. “You can leave now. This never happen. Get out now, this is for the uber to take you home.” And threw almost five hundred dollars on her. She stood up the heaviness of his words crashing over her. As she was dressing up and then head out, the door suddenly opened up. “Andrew, what the f**k is going on here, and who is this w***e?”
