As soon as Axel turned his back to enter the conference room, I made a run for it. I know we had our differences, but I never thought it would create such a devastating blow even while at work.
His words yesterday had hurt me more than my heart can bare and the worse part of it all, I still loved him. My heart still speed up and slowed down at the sound of his voice and the sight of him.
