CHAPTER-THIRTY-FIVE:
The rain pounded against the window panes where I stood in the living room, blurring my view of the world outside the window. It felt like that at home, too. While I was standing on the tiled floor, I realized that I had forgotten to take them off. It was belatedly that I realized that I had forgotten to take them off.
