RE: Hector Benito Vasquez
Mr. Vasquez was booked into U.S. custody yesterday morning which is a huge win for the newly formed D.E.A. It marks their first major arrest in the growing problem of narcotics crossing our borders. During routine questioning he made mention of an American female reporter accompanied by a man named “Miguel” along with another American male. We can only assume this may be Patricia Anne Martin and Michael Stevenson. His mention of the “American women reporter” marks our first local who may have last seen Ms. Martin prior to Nov 1st. I have arranged an interview with him which will take place on Jan 2nd to inquire further. I will keep you updated with any further developments.
