"I already told Gerard I was going with him," I say a little too fast and I see Eric move his weight between his feet. I wanted him to know that I may have forgiven him for what he has done, but I was still not comfortable acting like it never happened. "I know he's the one that told me to get you," he says, wiping his dark red hair out of his eyes. Suddenly Gerard appears behind him. I give him a pointed glare. I knew what he was up to. "Yeah, I thought it would be a good idea since both of you need blood and wolves hunt in packs correct?" Gerard wiggles his eyebrows at me as he says it. "We are not f*****g vampires!
