I had to refrain from shuddering in disgust when he left. I leaned over, closer to my mother. "Hey mom, did Ryce seem off to you?"
She kept staring in the direction of where Ryce walked to. "Yes, what did you feel?"
I was confused for a moment. "I felt disgusted and uneasy, why do you ask?"
My mom finally met my gaze. "Ryce is an incubus. What you were feeling was his aura, he was trying to seduce you, but because you are pregnant it made you feel disgusted and the uneasy feeling you had was because you are marked by a werewolf."
