Natalie The number of days we had left halved again, leaving us with only six days to go until the full moon. The sun was near the horizon outside, indicating it was about to be five days. Everyday Cass’ mood grew darker, as did mine. He was downstairs with Finn and Gideon, interrogating the newest capture. I didn’t want to give up. I couldn’t. But I was lost about what to do. I was reading the Witches Grimoire and turned the page to the next section, realizing it was discussing True Ones. My interest piqued, and I scanned greedily over the pages.
