Aria’s POV
One year ago,
I was driving home one evening from a meeting when I decided to stop by the supermarket to grab some things I needed for the weekend. I also wanted to pick up a few things for Amy's mini birthday party celebration.
As I entered the supermarket, I went on a hunt for everything on my shopping list. One by one, I gathered the items until I was done. After paying, I left the supermarket with my hands full.
As I opened the trunk of my car to put everything inside, I suddenly heard heavy panting behind me. I quickly turned around and realized it was Derek, the same guy who had saved me from those men the other day.
“Derek?” I exclaimed, unable to forget the name of someone as handsome as him.
“Please, I require your help. You have to take me away from here,” he sai
