Xavier’s POV
It's been three days since our last encounter. I looked out the window and saw her walking through the corridor in a short blue gown. I stood up from my chair, wanting to ask her to go in and change what she was wearing.
“Get a hold of yourself, Xavier. It's just a dress,” I said, sitting back down.
Suddenly, my phone rang. It was Cosmos.
“What do you want?” I said, answering the call.
“That bastard is in town. Are you going to take him out first, or should I?” he said.
“Do whatever you like with him,” I replied.
“You seem so calm for someone married to his ex,” he said, and I could imagine the smirk on his face.
