“Same person from my mom’s accident?” I asked, feeling confused.
“Oh, I didn't tell you. I totally forgot,” he said, tapping his forehead. “We finally found the recording of your mom’s accident. Someone deleted it, but we managed to recover it.”
“So, it's the same person?” I asked, trying to piece everything together.
“Yeah, it's definitely the same person,” he replied.
“Wow,” I struggled to say. It's clear that there's a bigger scheme behind this person. Xavier would have known too, so repeating it would be a waste of time.
