Inside a beautifully decorated hall, filled with people from the high class mostly from the business world,both from the Davis groups down to the Reynolds Enterprise,all well-wishers of those about to wed, but then something is missing. The couple's families were nowhere to be seen... Davis residents ******** Madam and Mister Someone from the Groom family just called, a maid ran with a phone in hand.... Mr Davis asked curiously. "It's the Reynolds they want us to be there before them and the rude bastard couldn't even say a word of greeting. If not for the past relationship we had with them, I would have to personally call off the wedding. They made it seem as if they were the ones doing us a huge favor by marrying our daughter and that Mr Reynold hasn't even called once to know how far we've gotten with the preparation.So annoying." Even without makeup, she was able to get everyone's attention. Outside, the atmosphere was tense as three sparkling black SUVs and a white limo pulled into the underground parking lot , then six big guys in black suits and sunglasses stepped out and one of them quickly opened the door of the limo. A handsome man stepped out who quickly opened the passenger side with his head bowed, not daring to leave it. His dark hair came out, followed by long legs before the guy finally got out... " Face mask, and face Cap" he said coldly, and his assistant immediately provided them , before adding "Boss, today is your wedding , I don't think you should go in like...."he didn't finish his statement when his eyes met with the cold ones of his boss , making him swallow up the remaining statement.... " Sorry Sir, I think I drank too much, what am I even saying? What wedding,ha ha ha I. must be mad" he said, trying his best to dismiss his statement... " Drop your act and give me details of my next meeting " " Bless you sir, thanks, alot, " he bowed 190 degrees to the Earth, but the Cold Man just walked past, followed by the six big guys... when he regained his senses he ran to him, following right behind him.... Reading the next meeting like a programmed robot... " After the wedding we are heading to Heaven for a dinner with some investors and after that we will be going to Reynolds Enterprise to finalize the contract " and that should be all for today.... The hall door opened and the six big guys walked in. Four of them went straight to the front where the priest was while the other two stood by the door bringing their guns out , then came his arrogant voice.... Proceed with whatever you have to say" The once noisy hall suddenly became deadly silent, as if the people were scared to even breathe... "After being an hour and 30 minutes late, this is how you apologize, Boss,, now I know why I never saw you with a lady and if this continues, sorry boss, you will end up being single for the rest of your life " his assistant, Tony Malcolm, mumbled behind him. "Did you say something ?" He turned towards him. "You mean me? I have not even taken a breath since we stepped in " he replied innocently. " Then put on your face mask, if someone should recognize you consider yourself fired okay ? " He hissed. "Very clear Sir, don't be angry, it's your day ". He just wouldn't stop teasing him. It came as a shock to him when he announced his marriage, but he knew better why he suddenly made that decision. " Shut up " All eyes were on the handsome man. Even with his face covered, one can tell that he is very handsome and definitely not the young master Nelson known by all. This man is a teller and even his aura kept everyone miles away from him.... Even the bride noticed this and she immediately left her uncle's arms and walked to him. Grabbing his hand, she asked with a trembling voice... " Who are you ? I have seen Master Nelson and you are nothing like him. " For a second, a hint of surprise came over him but it quickly disappeared without any trace, leaving his cold look and emotionless face.... He stared blankly at the little hand holding his down to the owner. He said with a nonchalant voice ", you must be my bride ? " It came like a question but at the same time, he stated the fact. He immediately stood facing her, the coldness emanating from him freezing her, making her feel like she was in a cold cell. She was forced to take a step back. His bride can be said to be beautiful, as told from the pictures from his investigation, but the person before him is totally different from the one in the pictures . He quickly looked away facing the priest, who was already sweating because of the presence of the four harmed men. " Xavier Reynold " he replied, " and I promise her that she will be alive to witness my happiness. " After saying this, he dragged her forward. She was beautiful, but that had no effect on him.. The sudden large palm on her small waist made her look at him in surprise, but he only had an evil smirk on. At that moment, her eyes fell on the picture of a young girl with him. She had a beautiful smile which was also kind of creepy but at the same time cute. If that girl is alive , she bet that they could pass for age mate or maybe not. He looked at his assistant who was now the best man and ordered coldly " continue " Fear got hold of Adam Davis and his wife. This must be the illegitimate son of James Reynold. They were all confused but didn't dare alter a word or do anything because of the six guys. They looked on helplessly until they heard a gentle but firm voice. " WAIT!!! " Clara said. Fine, she was scared of this big bad guy , but she. She couldn't keep calm and let herself walk into her grave, since no one wanted to talk. At least she should, at least, was her future. " Overcome with fear, she subconsciously took a few steps back .... "If we are clear, let's proceed, time is really not on my side." Ignoring her shocked expression, he asked the priest to proceed. And that was how she became the bride of a strange guy. Her family was there, they had the power. Why didn't they stop the wedding? Why didn't anyone say a word? Even the priest turned a blind eye to her protest. She didn't even take a glance at her husband to find out what he looked like during the wedding and after. They even made the guest return home with gifts or maybe her family would accept them. " Tony , let's proceed to Heaven." He pulled off his mask and so did his assistant. They left the wedding premises , leaving her with the six fierce men. She went into the open limo, sat down and then the guard shut the door and went to the driver's seat .. Clara did not even take a look at her uncle and Aunt. She just accepted her fate. At a dark corner of the parking lot, a young lady stood with disbelief looking at the direction in which the SUV had just left. Danielle could not believe what just happened. Even if her eyes were closed she could still recognize that person, this was supposed to be her wedding, but because she was madly obsessed with this guy, she begged her parents to replace her with her cousin. And now she just watched him wed her sister. No!, that should have been her. She should have been his wife, if only she hadn't run off. It was actually a plan she had with her parents and now it has backfired on her back.. Hot drops of tears rolled down her cheeks and in no time they started pouring down. The three limos drove out.... But Clara's mind was in a mess. How did things end up like this?
