Not all blood is the same.
When feeding your pregnant bond, you need to find clean blood from a healthy “donor”. Athletes, particularly ones with good hygiene and that healthy glowing skin—considering how poor most teen’s diets are, it wasn’t a hard choice for me. I found her running around the track after school. Beautiful, lean, fierce—she was a lot of things but meek wasn’t one of them. She stayed late after practice, later than the other girls, making it even easier to corner her in the girl’s locker room.
Startled at the sight of the man seated on the bench after her shower, she was panicked, defenseless, covered by nothing but a towel. She had exactly what I needed—what my Violet would need.
