The path to hell is paved with good intentions or so I've been told. This didn't seem like Hell or Heaven. This was in-between. This was Limbo. It stretched as far as her eye could see. Is this it, am I stuck here?, she thought. She set off to find out. She had been walking for some time, when she noticed the man walking beside her. He was tall, moderately good looking. He had dark hair and darker eyes. He walked silently with her as though this was absolutely what he had expected her to do. She stopped and sat on a nearby flat rock. He sat beside her and said 'So what have you learned so far?', he said with a smile. 'I haven't been hungry in a long time', she said. 'Why do you think that is', he said clearly amused. 'That's simple', she said 'I'm dead'. 'So straight forward but yes you are dead. It took you very little time to work that out. I'm used to people having much more disbelief', he said. 'I like to deal in fact not fiction',she said. 'There is a lot to be said for fiction. It takes you away to new places, helps people forget about pain or live other life's', he said all this with solid belief.
