A chance of a lifetime as they say, so temporary that it might happen in a blink of an eye or it might take a painfully long time.
But that's just the way life has always been.
Ezra found herself in the arms of the man she despised. She paid the cost of the things she did. For her mother, for her step family, for her father, for her friends, everyone she had ever known. She could feel their parts inside her, churning her up constantly. With every move she made, she was scared of her past.
She was scared to end up the way the world wanted her to. Unhappy. Begging. P
