Emma's POV

"It was pretty intense Ma. So get this Em continuously stuffed her face with some muffins without remembering his bro who was just 'a few inches from where she was seated'..anyway that's not the interesting part," Ace told his version of the story to mom and John.

They had already placed their spoons on the dinner table keenly listening to what Ace yarped about.

" Hey? I thought you hated chocolate anyway," I interrupted.

"Don't try to pin this on me, you selfish chocolate craver! Where was I? Ooh i remember now! I was minding my own business the usual, taking orders, begging for tips...then this pimp shows up and starts flirting with Em giving her chocolate muffins and all. Few minutes later, the door opens in an instant revealing a fuming Cain Powers aka Em's boss. Then I being dashing as usual, save the day, I warn Em that her boss is in the building," Ace grinned pausing momentarily by taking a sip of water.

"That's not what happened, you cheat," I conviniently interrupted before mom shushed me.

"Mom?!"

"Ooooh sorry honey but let Ace finish this!"Mom said.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa then things get even better once both men see each other. The fury in their eyes was enough to bring Jada's coffee shop down. Once my big meek sister explains everything, her boss calmly seats next to the other pimp from earlier. Then guess what he does next..," Ace smiled nodding his head making both of them anxious.

"What? What does Sir Rich do?" John asked his eyes wide with anxiety.

"He calls me and orders the most delicious muffins in the coffee shop for Emma of course. Then the other douche also orders scones for Em... For the next hours or so, the two men order different types of cakes and I'm forced to bring all their orders as big siz over here eats. In the end...here comes the funny part....," he stopped and started laughing so hard that he was now clutching his stomach and struggling to keep up with his breathing.

"Em pukes all over Cain's face non- stop like bwaa bwaa bwaa, so yuuck. While the other dude trips on Em's vomit while trying to help her. It was so gross but at the same time so exciting to watch. I'm telling you if I posted this on f*******: daamn I would be famous!" Ace said finally wiping the sweat that had formed on his forehead after 'greatly telling a story'

My dinner was interrupted when both mom and John asked if the vomit got in my boss' mouth. Silently moving away from the dinner table, I headed to my room. What I did today was inexcusable! I don't know what happened, it suddenly came out from my mouth in a rush....

What made him do it anyway? Instead of him reprimanding me he continuously encouraged me to eat what he ordered, claiming that his choice of cakes were better than those of Xander's.

Ooh God! Now I'm sure Cain would make me dryclean his suit tomorrow. On lighter news, Jada had forbade Cain, Alexander and of course me for violation of hygienic protocols.

Cain's POV

"No wonder! I could smell your stench all the way from the hallway," Nicole said covering her mouth stopping herself from laughing.

"So what were you thinking anyway?"

"You know how angry i get when Alexander is near me...he makes me furious. I see him and Julia once again" I said now putting on a grey t-shirt after having a refreshing shower.

Coming to my penthouse covered in puke totally alarmed my maids and not to mention Nicole who apparently decided to visit me on this wonderful day.

" Is this about Julia again? Come on, bro. Your best friend and fiancé had an affair, so what? Life's gotta go on, forgive but don't be so dumb as to forget"

Now she was starting to sound like Uncle Ben. We moved downstairs as I headed to the kitchen to prepare a strawberry milkshake for her. Seeing her here, meant something. Either mom forced her to keep an eye on me or she needed a favor or she had troubles with her boyfriend, Gustavo Sandoval.

I chopped down the strawberries as Bella, my maid, helped me out with the popcorns. Minutes later we were seated on my couch, Nicole calmly resting on my chest as we watched some cringy TV show.

"Is this about Gus?" I asked seeing as to how the cheerful Maria Nicole Powers kept on sighing from time to time.

"What would make you think that?" She asked pulling away from me abit.

"Ooh come on. I know my little sister very well. There's no way you would miss one of your famous fashion shows just to see me. So something's up"

"Am I possessive and overbearing? Is that how everyone sees me?"

I could feel the emotion in her voice. No doubt, she had had a fight with Gus. I never did like her boyfriend at all, sure he had everything Nicky looked for in a man but he was obsessed with work. Everytime we would meet, it was all about how his shipping business was becoming successful or he would start talking about tennis..Arrgh I hated tennis I was more of a football guy.

"So it is about Gus! Why don't you just break up with him, Nicky? How long will you keep putting up this fake relationship for mom?"

"What about you? How long will you keep bottling bitterness within you. The past is the past, Julia left you for Alexander, deal with it that was many years ago! You like Emma Millers win her over before Alexander beats you to it."
