"Catalina A'mari Moon!" Tina yelled. Catalina almost jumped out of her skin. The guy that had been sticking his tongue down her throat just a few moments ago quickly bolted, and she was left to suffer her rage all alone.
"T-Tina, I can explain!"" She stuttered. "No save it Cat, your father has been worried sick about you. He has been looking for you everywhere and here you are with some random guy you don't even know. You can't keep doing this to the people who love you. Your mother would be disappointed if she saw you right now. I just don't know what to do anymore, Cat. We're trying the best we can, and you're not making it any easier."" Tina scolded. Tina always knew exactly what to say to make it sting and Catalina felt like the saddest dummy in the world right now.
Catalina didn't know what to say. She just put her head down and walked away with Tina. Once they reached the home, Benjamin's eyes lit up seeing his daughter. "Catalina, where have you been?" He asked with concern.
Catalina didn't know what to say, so she ran upstairs to her room. "It's been a long night, just give her some time. Said Tina. Benjamin didn't know what happened, but he understood that whatever it was, Tina had already handled it.
Meanwhile, Catalina was in her bed sulking. She felt disgusting, it was her mother's memorial today. Tina meant so much to Catalina. She was the only mother figure she had. Growing up, she wanted her father to marry Tina. Sadly, her father never wanted to marry anyone else ever again.
A short while later, there was a knock on her door. "Catalina, I'm about to go ahead with our preparations. If you would like to join me, I would be most delighted." Her father said before walking away.
Catalina couldn't miss the tradition even if she was embarrassed. She walked over to her writing table and got out a piece of paper. A while later, she folded the piece of paper and put it in an envelope labeled Mom.
Every year the pair would write a note to Madalyn and toss it into the fire. It brought them peace. As if the smoke from the letter would float all the way to heaven for her to read. Catalina made her way downstairs into the den and saw her father there. The two didn't say one word, they threw the letters into the fire and sat there. Benjamin wrapped his arm around her as they watched the letters burn.
To:Mom, from:Catalina. "Hey mom I don't know if you saw what I did tonight, but I'm sorry, I know it was stupid, and I shouldn't have done that. I just feel guilty today, because I feel you slipping away. I don't remember you anymore, and I feel as though that's a bad thing. Father really misses you, and I should too. But I dont. I don't know what I feel. I do know that life would probably be better if you were here. Like, I'm having my 16th celebration ball in 2 weeks and I know you would have made it amazing. But for now, I hope I make you proud, that when you see me you smile. I wish we had more time, but for now, goodbye mom, see you next year."
"Love, your Kitty."
To:Madalyn, From:Benjamin. "Hello my love, it's been another year without you and yet it feels like an eternity. Catalina is a handful, but with the help of your old friend Tina, she's been manageable. I keep thinking that if I pinch myself hard enough I might wake up from this 9-year-old dream. Sadly, it never works. I want to be near you, to love you, to smell you again, even if it's for the last time. Catalina is almost 16 years old now, and I know we agreed to tell her. But because of your absence, I have decided to leave that side of you a secret. I feel like its best that way, although Tina does not agree. The irony is, I know you wouldn't have either. I'm sorry, my love, but this is best for her. For a long time I thought about this, and I don't want Catalina having the same fate as you. It took me a long time to not want to join you. Now I must do what is best for her. Until next time, my love."
"Love,Benjamin."
After the fire burned for a short while, Benjamin blew it out. Catalina looked at her father with tears in her eyes. Benjamin hugged the girl, holding her in his arms as tight as he could. "I'm sorry daddy, I didn't mean to disappoint her." Catalina sobbed. "Oh, sweetie, you could never disappoint your mother. She loved everything about you, even when you made mistakes." He consoled her.
Catalina smiled before she let her father go and headed up the stairs. She changed into her night gown and lay her head on the soft pillow. She knew she needed to get some rest because she had a long day ahead of her.
"Catalina, its time to wake up!" Tina yelled as she nudged at Catalina's sleeping body. Catalina groaned, she wasn't quite ready to get up. Tina chuckled to herself. "If you don't get up, you don't get to plan your ball." Said Tina.
Catalina immediately shot up in her bed. "Ok ok get out, im up." She yelled. Tina was shocked. "Such a rude little girl." Tina said while laughing. After the dorrs shut Catalina ran into her closet to find an outfit for today's activities. With her outfit in hand she headed for the shower.
She turned the shower on hot and slipped off her nightgown. Once she was in she began lathering herself. Then an image of the wizard popped in her head. She suddenly began imagining what would have happened if no one came to stop her. Her two fingers slid its way down her cleavage over her belly and inside of her. she imagined herself as his witch, powerful, and having everything she ever wanted. Then she climaxed as hot water drip down her body.
Catalina got out of the shower, and begin putting on her clothes. She wore a long blue dress without straps that cupped her cleavage. Her long golden locks flowed down her back as she slipped her dainty feet into a pair of heels, that highlighted her legs. She smiled at herself in the mirror before she grabbed a book out of her dresser and made her way downstairs.
"Catalina, you look as stunning as ever." Said Tina. Catalina smile to herself sweetly. "Thank you Tina, I always try to look my best." Said Catalina sneeringly. Then Catalina made her way to Tina before she showed her the book. Tina's eyes lit up as she read the title. The title of the book read Catalina's 16th Celebration. "Catalina what is this!?" Tina asked. Catalina smiled. "I've been making notes for as long as I could remember." said Catalina proudly. Tina laughed. "Catalina you never seem to surprise me."
"And this is what you want for your venue?" Said Tina. "Yes this is exactly what I want!" Said Catalina excitedly. "I don't understand. Why would you want this place?" Added Tina. "Because it's where my mom and my dad first met." replied Catalina. Tina laughed. "I know where your mom and dad met, I just don't understand why you wanted to have your celebration there." Replied Tina. Catalina stared at the picture in the book. She had been dreaming about this moment all of her life, and she had to do something special, something that meant a lot to her.
